Beautiful Village 2BR loaded with extras

Dream House Inc is owned by a local musician / businessperson. We are obsessive about design and cleanliness and always try to create spaces with some 'creative edge' to spice up the amenity rich environment. We love nature, contemplation, and any thoughtful creative expression. We love the outdoors - avid hikers and explorers. Of course, we love horses. Most of all, we like making people happy! This property was purchased because it is so unique. It is one of the only houses within walking distance to Saugerties village where you have ample parking and privacy. We also loved the mid-century style. We left the original mid-century bathroom upstairs. We also kept the mid-century kitchen (with upgraded appliances of course). It is just a fun and cute space that felt interesting to be in. It is our first and only short-term rental. We just thought it would be a hit with guests.

The prettiest village in the Catskills/Hudson Valley. It is one of the few that still has its mountain artsy authenticity without being run down. We just love the village and believe in it. We love the space because of the seasonal Catskill views and the sprawling lawn. To be in the village and have peace and quiet and starry skies is very special. The mid-century style is also elegantly preserved. We put a lot of effort into the design and furnishing of this space. We are proud of the space.
