Rates from 5/14-9/30 are for short term stays. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Fridays. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.

Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.

5 Miles to Big Y supermarket.

Property is equipped with outdoor security cameras.

Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.

Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday.
