Three bedroom, two bath condominium nestled just outside of the very heart of Traverse City.

Step into your home away from home! This property’s the perfect retreat for those seeking a calm, cozy getaway while still remaining close to all of the excitement and attractions our beloved city has to offer. The stunning natural lighting, flowing floor plan, and central location make it a tourist’s dream!

Each bedroom comes fully furnished with premium queen mattresses and linens. Guests have full use of the washer and dryer, located on the second level. Both bathrooms provide towels, essential amenities, and cleaning products.

They say the kitchen’s the heart of the home. Ours comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and just about everything you’ll need to prep/cook/serve up something wonderful during your stay. If entertaining is on your itinerary, the charming serving window will easily keep you connected to the rest of your group while you work!

Nice place, could use some T.L.C. The rail on the deck is loose ,and the curtain rod came loose from the way, But, we liked it, and would stay again

The location was good a little bit out of town but quiet. There were however, not enough towels, toilet paper, paper towels for the six of us and the rug outside on the back deck needs to go. It was very dirty as well as the cushions on the chairs around the dining room table. They need to be cleaned the legs of the chairs need to be tightened. The chairs are wobbly and unsafe, simple improvements would make it a very nice place to stay.

Ok not great

All appliances worked well however no water for shower in master bedroom. Problematic when 5 adults share 1 shower. Even though listening shows two bathroom and two showers. When I contacted host, the host responded quickly but did nothing to fix problem.

Great stay

The condo is nice and clean and looks just as advertised. The location is great for anyone wanting to go to Great Lakes Equestrian Festival or play golf at the nearby golf course. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Simple, stress free & clean

Booked a vrbo for a work conference. Smartest thing ever. The place was simple & stress free with just the right amount of amenities. Back deck was an added bonus. We enjoyed our evenings sitting out back in a secluded balcony decompressing. The back deck was an added bonus we didn't even know about.

Perfect Traverse City stay

Immaculate, beautiful condo. Bright and new. More than enough room for a group of friends or family. Perfect location. Close to Traverse City, but peaceful setting. Also close to restaurants and the casino, which we liked. Would stay here again.

Good over all, few things were off

The property itself was great. Our group is composed of taller people -- 5'9" or so and above. I, myself, am 6'. The vanity in the bathroom was just higher than my knees, the mirror cut me off in the middle of my face, and the shower was no higher than my nose. It definitely meant for short people! Bending backwards to wash my hair is my absolute LEAST FAVORITE thing to do! Every one in our group agreed that the pictures of the living room were incredibly deceiving! The room is about half the size that it looked on some pictures. We're all friends so it didn't bother us but every single one of us made the comment when we first walked in. Everything else was great: Bedrooms were good size, carpet was new upstairs, well finished off (other than the already mentioned). We'd probably stay here again...if I'm flexible enough for the shower :).

Great location and clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The photos were accurate and the place was very clean. The property manager was very responsive to questions. I rated the check In process as 4 stars since the email I received through VRBO several days prior to our check in did not include any check in information. I contacted the property manager and he explained that information would be sent the day of check in. There are curtains on the windows; however, black out curtains/blinds might be nice for those with little ones who go to bed early. Overall, a great property that I would book again!
