GT resort offers shuttle service from the condo to the resort, Turtle Creek Casino and Cherry Capital Airport.This condo has 2-bedrooms and 2-full bathrooms. Unwind outdoors on the oversized private deck watching the sun come up with a cup of morning coffee or a favorite beverage overlooking the picturesque Spruce Run Golf Course. Relax indoors with a toasty wood fire, open living room with ample seating, spacious windows, Roku T.V. vaulted ceilings, moveable sectional couch to add additional sleeping, elegant master bedroom with private entrance to deck, dining table for 6, fully equipped kitchen, coffee/tea area and hard wood floors. The loft and stairs is carpeted with a queen bed, full bathroom, and pull out couch.

Kitchen:
Elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, dishwasher & oversized microwave. Fully stocked with cookware, crock pot, baking pans, glassware, dishes, adult beverage glasses, toaster, blender, napkins, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, Keurig and drip coffee maker; plus coffee included!!! All you need to bring is food!

Full Bathrooms:
Main level and loft bathrooms are heavily stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels and toilet paper.

Bedrooms: Fully stocked linens with extra blankets and pillows
Master: Queen bed, built in reading lights in headboard, large closet, dresser with many drawers, storage drawers built in under the bed, Roku T.V., private door leading out to large deck overlooking golf course & full bathroom right outside the door.

Loft: Queen bed, large closet, dresser with ample storage, private full bathroom, queen pull out couch.
Note: queen pull out does make the loft bedroom compacted

Wifi, T.V. , games & books:
Free WiFi, Roku T.V. in living room and master bedroom. A variety of board games located within coffee table and books for all ages.

*Washer & Dryer are coin operated. Located in the utility room next to the main entry to the building. Laundry soap and key to laundry room are located within the double door closet off of the dining room.

Summer Beaches: free parking & free sunsets
-Just a 2 minute drive is Bayside Public Beach on East GT Bay. The combination of 600 feet of sandy beach with restrooms, grills, picnic and playground areas is fully equipped for beach goers to stay the whole day. The water is shallow a long way out with a sandy bottom and the sunsets are priceless!
Traverse City:
-Bryant park has a beautiful playground, restrooms, sandy beach, water is cooler and gets deep quickly.
-Clinch Park is along the 2+ mile stretch of public land on West Grand Traverse Bay. The park has a large beach, concessions, splash pad, and the City's municipal marina. The TART Trail runs through the park toward the west end of the City.

Elk Rapids: 13 minute drive. Free parking & free sunsets
-The Elk Rapids Day Park is located on the Grand Traverse Bay and features an outdoor sculpture park developed by “Art Rapids!” Enjoy the many hiking trails, stone hounding, private beach, several picnic tables and grills throughout.
-VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK
Memorial park features a modest beach on the Grand Traverse Bay, walking distance to downtown Elk Rapids and has plenty of space to spread out a blanket for a picnic. The north end has a basketball and tennis courts, with the southern end has a nice wooded area that is perfect for spotting local birds. There is a playground and river area that is perfect for young children.
-DAM BEACH
Located next to the Hydro Power Plant off Ames Street, the Dam Beach is a favorite location for residents and families to spend time. It is near a popular fishing area and it has a nice natural feeling to it.

Winter fun:
Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails right outside your door. Just a short distance enjoy down hill skiing and tubing at Mt. Holiday. Just in Traverse City is Hickory Hills, just north of TC is Michigan’s largest tubing hill, Timberlee Hills.
Hearty bike enthusiasts will also find winter sporting options on a fat bike.
