Spread out and enjoy this BRAND NEW beach home! This home features over a HALF OF AN ACRE of private green space that is perfect for little ones and pets. Just off Highway 90 and a short walk to the beach and protected from high traffic, while preserving coastal views! This home strikes a one of a kind balance of ample space inside and out, beach access, views, privacy and safety. The home is equipped with everything you need while you enjoy your stay on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home offers comfortable accommodations for 10 people. Enjoy the open concept floor plan for dining and relaxing, or explore the outside living space with a wrap around porch and screened in patio offering views of the Gulf. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out.
The home provides ample space and privacy for multiple families staying together as well as gorgeous common areas to create new old memories. Did we mention the TIKI BAR??!! Underneath the house is a full wet bar with network television, full power and a refrigerator as well as a beach shower to rinse off after a hard beach day with family and friends. There simply isn't a better way to relax than grilling your fresh catch and watching the sunset in your private hammock chairs and plush tiki bar furniture. There's also a children's playhouse to keep the kiddos busy long after you've arrived back from the beach or perfect for rainy days.
The home provides nearly 2,000 sq/ft of covered parking! The home is steps to the beach and Centennial Plaza and less than 2 miles to fabulous restaurants, shopping, fishing piers, parks, golfing, children's activities, downtown Gulfport and more. A short drive will take you to the numerous casinos on the Gulf, historical sites and museums, the Gulf Coast Coliseum and so many more attractions this exciting area has to offer. The home has all brand new furnishings, appliances, flat screen tv's, wifi, kitchen wares, a propane grill, board games, and MORE. Children's/baby items are available upon request. Pets are also welcome, as they are family too!

Hi I'm Kathryn! I am originally from Canada and now live with my little fam on the Gulf Coast. We are a military family, and as my husband gets ready to retire from the Air Force, we have decided to make Gulfport our forever home. We hope to share our love of this area with you! I have two wonderful and busy little kiddos, as well as a beautiful, yet stubborn Australian cattle dog. We love to travel as a family, so we understand what it takes to provide inviting, relaxing and enjoyable accommodations for everyone that we are fortunate enough to host. I have a background in customer service and strive to create the best possible customer experience for each and everyone one of you. I believe in doing the little things well, and will try to accommodate any request you may have to ensure your time at our home will exceed your expectations. Please just ask and I will do my best to help you create lasting memories during your time in Gulfport. Let me worry about the little details so you can have a stress free stay!

We built this home specifically as a vacation rental, so everything thought and detail to the home had our guests in mind. The open floor plan allows for plenty of time together, yet has enough space and living areas (indoor and outdoor) that guests can spread out and relax on their own as well. Our screened in porch is a guest favorite which is perfect for evening sunsets or morning coffees while looking out at the beautiful Gulf Coast views. We hope you'll go out and explore this amazing area along the Gulf Coast, but if you choose to spend your time at the house, then we have fast wifi, board games, comfy beds, corn hole, and so much more for you to enjoy!

I am a Premiere host, with over 6 years of experience in the vacation rental world. I do this full-time, so I will be able to respond to you quickly and promptly. I am also a local resident, and can provide custom recommendations for you to suite your specific requests. The home has a warm and inviting feel, which instantly makes you feel on vacation. I have added bright beach colors and decor to the home, as well as stocked the home with all the necessities you will need. It has plenty of underneath covered parking for cars and trailers. It also has a big open yard for plenty of space to play or just enjoy the ocean views.
