The Tipsea Turtle Summit Beach Resort Unit 201

This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo is located on the second floor and sleeps 7. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large flat-screen TV. The en suite has a shower tub combo. The second bedroom offers a twin bed and a full-size bed as well as a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and more. The comfy living room has a queen sleeper sofa as well as plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or watch the amazing sunsets. The condo has everything you will need for a fantastic vacation.

Summit Beach Resort features 2 large swimming pools which are heated in the winter and 2 hot tubs for relaxing in the evenings. The poolside deck has plenty of seating and a Tiki Bar. The resort is just a few minutes from numerous restaurants, including Hammerhead Fred's and Longboards, both are across the street for easy walking. Family friendly attractions like Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island are within 5 miles as well as multiple beach stores. Less than 5 miles away is Saint Andrew's State Park or you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island. Enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, playground facilities, and more. Direct beach access where you will find activities like beach volleyball, parasailing, and so much more!

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! **Resort Notice - Starting September 8th the resort will be starting a construction project around the property. The balcony for this unit is tentatively scheduled to be retiled and the railing redone starting January 3rd - January 14th. The unit can be rented, however, there will be no access to the balcony while the work is being done.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February rent for a maximum of two weeks with a Saturday or Sunday check-in. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Nice Filthy Condo

Condo was dirty upon arrival. Had poop smeared on inside of closet doors in the first bedroom to the right, floors, walls, and cabinets were gross, hamper full of mold, baseboards full of sand and dust, dirty dishes in dishwasher. Looks like housekeeping went in and ONLY changed sheets and provided new towels when last tenant checked out. Property manager was notified and acted as if it was no big deal.

Great condo!

We came down for Thunder Beach and absolutely loved this room. It was very spacious and very clean. It had everything you could need. Room door was directly in front of stairs so no need to wait on the elevator. Larger bed in second bedroom could use a different mattress but overall a perfect room. Will definitely be booking again.

Great room and great view ! The only thing I would change is the shower head no pressure just a dribble ! But otherwise a great vacation easy to check in and great people to work with ! Look forward to staying again

Cleanliness

Amazed at the staff cleaning the property. Outside tables were wiped down 2-3 times everyday. The lounge chairs were clean daily. Everything was very nice.

Summit 201

We came for our twins’ first beach trip with family and had a great trip! The condo was on the 2nd floor right on the beach so there was a great view! Since it is a corner unit there was extra balcony space and it’s right by the elevator and trash shoot on the quiet end of the building! After arriving we noticed that there were some cleanliness things that needed addressing, mainly the condition of the floors. I expect some sand and debris because it’s the beach, but our daughters’ feet were turning black. The promptness with which the management responded to my concerns and sent someone to clean the floors was excellent! Within 30 minutes they had someone out, so we were very pleased with that! One thing I want to mention, and I didn’t include in my rating since it wasn’t concerning the condo itself, was that they closed the pools and hot tubs at 7 p.m. As adults with children, that was the main time we could’ve gone swimming alone or enjoyed the hot tubs so it was really a bummer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip a couple of extra days because we weren’t ready to leave!

Spring Break 24

The stay was wonderful. The room was great, we had stayed here before. There was a problem with the main TV that finally got fixed on the last day. I had texted the # a couple times and it was taken care of but just a little later than we would have liked. But the room is beautiful and clean. No other issues. We love The Summit!

Beautiful

This condo was awesome. Beautifully decorated! Batteries didn’t work well in the remote when we first got there, but we called the number and they had batteries there to replace very quickly. Very comfy beds and lots of room. Love that it was on the end and on 2nd floor with easy access to stairs. Love Bikini Bobs. I don’t think the cleaners did a very good job on the floors. Our feet were black. We had to keep shoes on all the time to keep feet clean. Overall a great place to stay. We would definitely book this place again! All the security staff was very nice and friendly!

Great place!

The place was very clean and well taken care of. I wish they would have a few more items in the kitchen to use such as linens and trash bags. We also couldn’t get any local stations to watch football on. Other than that it was a great place and we will probably book it again in the future. (Not during football season lol)

Wonderful

This was my fav spot for the location. I Loved it so much I would stay here again and again. Clean, helpful items around. Only thing was the master seemed a bit warm but a personal fan fixed that.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the Summit. The corner unit was perfect for a little extra room on the balcony. Being on the 2nd floor was nice as we did not have to wait for elevators.

Great vacation overall!

After a couple hiccups when we first arrived, our vacation was great. Lots of things to do, nice pools, easy beach access. Loved being in corner unit, it came with a huge balcony. Customer service reps were rock stars and so nice.

Nice condo

This was the perfect place for me and my family. Security was always on point. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of towels for our 4 night stay. Easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony and the balcony was super spacious! Had a slight hiccup with the door code when we checked in but was resolved right away!

Our stay in this condo went quite well. If there was one thing that was bothersome, it would be the kitchen cleanliness. It was actually inside the cabinets that was quite gross. You would pull a cup/dish from the cabinet and it was just surrounded by dirt/debris. The inside of the cabinets could use a nice cleaning. Bathrooms were great and beds were fine. Condo has a cozy balcony with a great view. Couch is very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family in this space. It was great not having to use elevators.

More than Expected!

The whole rental process was a vacationer’s dream. We reviewed the property advertised for rent and were delighted at how easy the process of renting it was. The property was decorated fitting the area we were in, it was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it had all the amenities we needed!

Peaceful Retreat

Perfect for us as we were visiting family staying at same property. 2nd floor location near stairs and elevator made it super easy to get up and down to our unit. End unit provided larger balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather and gulf breezes. Nicely decorated with a beachy/coastal theme. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Views

Convenient to beach access, nice pool, property well kept, wind storm caused outside furniture cushion storage box damage. Nice decor in unit. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.
