This recently renovated garden-level condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. It features modern updates and new furnishings throughout the entire unit. It is located on Main Street, Breckenridge, so you're close to shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk away from the lifts! You can also take advantage of easy access to Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin by car or public transportation. The complex offers a shared grill and picnic area for guests, as well as bike racks for storage. This is the perfect place to book for those looking for just the essentials and a place to lay their head at night but in a prime location.

The living room features a Smart TV mounted with seating for four and a pull out sleeper sofa. Additionally, sheets and blankets are stored in the unit. There is also breakfast table with seating for 3, perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal away from home. As you move towards the back of the living area, you will find a butlers pantry and an updated kitchen.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal away from home. It features stove-top burners, a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The kitchen features a beautiful tile backsplash and modern updates. Just off the kitchen is your full bathroom. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom, just off the living room, features a queen sized bed with a window above for natural light.

The place was not clean, certainly not worth the near $100 cleaning fee. I have pictures of the gross baseboards and filthy floors that turned our socks black. The finishes may have been new, but were installed by someone that had nb idea what they were doing and certainly didn't care what the finished product looked like. But most of all, I go back to the complete lack of cleanliness. It smelled like smoke when we entered each time and we had to air it out by leaving the door open. The couch was stained and felt gross to sit on It was also so uncomfortable to sit on that my ass hurt in about 2 seconds. Just a little thought on what might be comfortable for the guest instead of buying the cheapest crap would go a long way for comfort. You can tell everything was just slapped up as cheaply and quickly as possible. Location was the ONLY good thing about this place honestly. I would certainly never stay there again nor would I recommend to anyone. I can't imagine more that 2 people trying to sleep there. Oh, and the wifi was basically non-existent and very frustrating. It dropped out every 5 minutes, then would reconnect at low bars, then the bars would jusmp around and then of course disconnect again. Over and over. Resetting the router did not help. What happened to the closet? Where was it? It isn't that difficult. Definitely nothing more than lipstick on a pig. I will send pics if you want or even care.

Great Place Steps from Main Street.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little place, great for a couple or two people for a night or two. Can't beat the location if you wish to go out on the town or catch the gondi! Steps from Main Street and a short walk to the gondi! Parking was satisfactory.

Great location
Overall a great place to stay for 1-2 possibly 3 people. Location is great, right on main street Breck, but a bit hard to find parking as it's in a small back alley. Very clean. Recently remodeled, but they forgot to put in receptacles. Only 5 in the whole place so you many want to bring an extension cord if you plan on sleeping on the couch in the living room. This is a very basic, no frill place to stay. If that's what you are looking for this is great.

Great location, basic (but fine) accommodations
This apartment was a fine base for a short ski trip. You can easily walk to the gondola and everything on Main St is right there. The bed was comfortable. The rest of the furniture was pretty basic and the WiFi wasn’t great. I was able to get online on one device but not a second, and watching TV was difficult. But if you’re looking for a basic, clean place to crash, this place fits the bill.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
