Spacious house in heart of historic West Tisbury, under 5 minutes walk from: Library, playground, Alley's, 7a, Grange Hall, Field Gallery, and less than a mile from Fair Grounds/Farmer's Market. House has large yard and field for outdoor play/dining, and outdoor shower in back garden. Comes with access to private Quansoo Beach--one of the most beautiful beaches on island, and only a 3 mile drive away (never wait for a beach parking spot ever again!) Access to Lambert's Cove Beach available also (sticker fee paid to town required.) Our guests love how close by daily needs are, yet how private it feels. Also the layout of house is great for multiple families with children, with two distinct wings of house for quiet when you need it.

Great family home

Wonderful stay, house was just as listed. Great location in town and stocked with everything you want for a beach vacation. Access to beautiful quansoo beach. Our two families had plenty of space. Would stay again!

Great Private Location & House

We have been vacationing at the vineyard for 9 years and we really enjoyed this house. Its in a very private, yet central location in West Tisbury and the house is much larger than the photos make it appear. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Alley's & 7a, my kids loved the big, open yard as well as exploring the private Quansoo Beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and host was very communicative.

Great house, excellent location!

We had eight people staying at the house and there was more than enough room. The house is terrific with a great yard and the location is amazing. We took advantage of being able to walk to Alley’s and 7A, and having access to Quansoo Beach was a really nice bonus. Rafe was a great source of information and communicated quickly with any inquiry we had. Overall great experience and we will definitely rent this house again.

The location was amazing as we could easily walk to 7a for sandwiches and the general store. We were also just down the road from friends. We were a group of 9 adults and we all fit ! I can imagine the twin bed rooms being even more roomy for some kids but we had no complaints. The house was even more gorgeous in person and very large. We also appreciated the beach chairs and games that we enjoyed at Quansoo several times. As always, the outdoor shower is an incredible plus. If I return with a large group, I will definitely be booking here again! Host was very easy to contact. P.s. the washer and dryer are sooo nice!

Excellent

Beautiful, comfortable home with great set-up for our group, which included my mother, my brother's family, and my family (in total we were 5 adults and three children ages 9, 7, and almost 3). Library, playground, and Alley's General Store (great for picking up quick necessities) all within walking distance. Quansoo beach is a great private ocean (surf) beach. Owners were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place

Wonderful large home in very private location. Nice bedrooms spread out for privacy with excellent common areas for family time. Close to local markets for walking. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the house for you. Excellent attentive owners who take care of any issues immediately. BONUS - Key to beach that is remarkably quiet and private. No rush to get space at the beach. Go when you want and always able to get a great spot.

Great stay! Great house! Great beach! Great hosts!

Our family of 6 and rriends visiting for the day had a wonderful week at this home! We loved the location (close to Grange and Ally's), a short drive to and an included key to (in my opinion the most amazing part of MV) Quansoo beach and Great Tisbury Pond! Quiet, private and out of the bustle of Edgardtown, VH and OB but still close to amenities. The house is a wonderful and comfortable mix of old and new. Breezy and open. Well stocked with anything we needed. We loved the decor and artwork. Our hosts available and flexible with our plans - helping us take advantage of an extra beach trip after checkout. We definitely hope to be back!

My family and I had such an amazing week staying at this property in West Tisbury. Most places are just like the listings but this one was even better! In a quieter location, huge yard, outdoor shower.. we could not have asked for anything more. When we showed up the cleaners had just left and the house was spotless. The owners were amazing and very quick to respond to any message. The house even came with access to a private beach which turned out to be the best beach on the island! I have absolutely nothing negative to say and again would recommending booking this property to anyone.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

You could not find a more convenient location in West Tisbury that also has this much privacy and space. If you have kids you can walk in 2 minutes to the playground, 5 minutes to library/Alley's/7a. And Quansoo beach is truly one of the prettiest spots you will see, and will never have to wait for a parking space as it is a private beach. We also recommend getting a Lambert's Cove Beach sticker from the town so you can enjoy the north shore and views to the Elizabeth Islands.
