The private pool* (with the option to heat for an additional fee) offers fun in the water and sun and if you get a taste for those sudsy ocean waves, you're only steps away from the beach! There's even a bubbly hot tub—perfect for relaxing those tired muscles after a long day of play. Enjoy some rays on the wraparound sun deck or a cool evening breeze while rocking in the porch swing on the mid-level covered deck.

The ground level offers plenty of parking and features a basketball hoop hanging from the mid-level deck. This level holds the exciting rec room, complete with a foosball table, mounted TV with Roku and DVD player, and a wet bar. There's also a convenient half bath. The kids will love the master pyramid bunk bedroom and private bath with a shower/tub combo! Out back you'll find the private pool and hot tub. You can also take advantage of the charcoal grill—perfect for capturing that smoky seafood flavor when grilling filets!
The mid-level holds 4 other bedrooms: A master king and private bath, a master queen and private bath, a bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets, and a bedroom with 2 twins. The single and bunk bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bath. All bedrooms come with a TV/Roku/DVD player. Step out on the mid-level covered deck to enjoy the fresh Corolla air any time of the day!

The top level holds the 2nd master king with an ensuite bath and all common areas. The cathedral ceilings add more aerial space to the massive floor plan. This level has an additional half bath. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone and the large bay windows allow tons of natural light to pour in. Through the doors, you'll find the stunning wraparound sun deck. The dining room table has seating for 8 and there's an additional round table with seating for 4 more in the kitchen! If that isn't enough to hold your large group and guests, just hop over to the kitchen bar, which provides seating for 4 more as well. You'll relish in the local history one day and relax on the expansive, unobstructed beaches the next when you stay in the beautiful town of Corolla! On the northern beaches, you can go on a 4x4 tour to discover the Corolla wild horses in their natural habitat and then stop by the Wild Horse Fund museum to learn about their origin. For another adventure, stop by the Corolla Adventure Park to test your endurance on an aerial obstacle course. Kids will love the go-kart racing at Corolla RaceWay. Spend the day shopping by the nearby TimBuck II Shopping Village with plenty of dining options for when you get hungry such as Mike Dianna's Grill Room, La Dolce Vita, North Banks Restaurant & Raw Bar, Big Buck's Homemade Ice Cream, and Mama Easley's—just to name a few! Please Note: Parking in Ocean Sands is the space provided with the house that you are renting. If you have more cars than spaces you will need to identify alternate parking outside Ocean Sands. There is no parking in the street due to the need to have room for emergency vehicles to access the homes.

RVs, campers, trailers, and golf carts are NOT permitted at this property.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor entrances and the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces, ensuring your full privacy during your stay. First and second floor over driveway and a camera by the storage shed.
