Both my wife, Marina, and I are experienced world travelers having visited destinations all over North, Central & South America, Asia, and Europe. Throughout our travels, we've experienced the finest of each region's varied cultures/customs and brought back with us many ideas for what we feel it takes to host the most pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay for our guests. We pride ourselves on delivering only what we would expect and accept during one of our own vacations.

We commit to always be available and if for some reason we can't promptly answer your call i.e., we're taking in a movie and need to step out of the theater, we pledge to get back to you as soon as possible! We realize your vacation time is valuable and each minute spent standing by is time taken away from your relaxation or fun, so we cringe at the thought of you waiting. We're here to answer any question no matter how large or how small; to provide you with as much assistance as possible, and generally make your stay as memorable as we feasibly can. For your convenience, we are fluent in both English and Spanish, with a sprinkling of some basic communication phrases in a few other languages.

Given our passion for real estate, we have several short-term vacation rentals plus 100's of full-time apartments and rental homes spread all over this beautiful state of Arizona, all of which we've meticulously renovated using only the same high-end standards as our vacation properties.
