Come enjoy your home away from home. This 1600 sq foot home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. New furniture and home is newly built. A huge garage, lots of driveway, parking on the street and a nice quiet backyard. Arizona Trust Land is the backyard and perfect for hiking. This home has a steep driveway. Flat parking for 3 vehicles at the top of driveway. Personal watercraft, small boats and trailers can pull in or back in to the side of the house. Larger boats , motorhomes and trailers can legally park in front of the house on the street. There are wheel chocks and safety cones in the garage. We have WiFi! TVs are set up for streaming!

The location of this place was the best. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. Everything about this place was wonderful. The only negatives for me were the barn door to the master bathroom. For some reason it used to have a normal door, but it was changed out. The driveway is very steep, so, be prepared!

Great vacation house

The house was very clean and the bedrooms and linens were great. Listing was accurate on all of the beds and amenities. The yard and parking were also very good. Communication with the owner was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect home away from home

The experience was phenomenal! Everything was super clean and the home was very cozy. Plenty of room for watercraft and vehicle parking. Highly recommend, we will be staying here again.

Summer Vibes - Laughlin

We enjoy our annual trip to Laughlin and this year chose Barbara's home. Everything was great as expected, only negative is that the mast toilet is out in the open, no door. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Barbara!

Hi Rebecca.I am not sure about your comment that there is no door for Master. There is a sliding barn door for the Master bathroom. But yes the toilet is part of the bathroom so if you are sharing with someone, I guess they would have to wait their turn. Never had an issue or someone complain about that before. Thanks for choosing our home though

Nice home, big garage

We enjoyed our time. The house was clean and had all we needed. The garage was big& tall and able to store both our truck and boat.

House was immaculate. Boat Parking Awesome.

House was very clean. Garage was large enough for our boat to fit in, also had a/c in it! Side area and driveway large enough for our truck and other vehicle with the 2 Seadoos! Super close to Lake Mohave! Would definitely stay here again! :)

PERFECT LOCATION - WONDERFUL VIEW

This house is on a hill with lots of walking trails right out the back door. The view was awesome. The house was tastefully decorated & had all the amenities anyone could ask for. There was a huge garage, which was air conditioned, and had a beautiful finished floor - perfect for a gym or any kind of activity. The owner left ideas for nearby restaurants & other activities. Excellent!

The home was spacious and the property well maintain. My only issue was the driveway which is steep and can be difficult to walk up. Driving up is not an issue but you can not back a trailer up it, or a motor home with an extended tail. Poor engineering. Nice garage though and very large.

Perfect house for Lake Mohave

This house is perfect for visiting Lake Mohave and surrounds. Master bath is huge and awesome. Master bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Great little outdoor space in the back yard. Huge garage. There is a bit of a learning curve to backing a boat up the driveway. Pro-tip: the east half of the driveway is slightly less steep than the west half. Some lower units may touch the ground even in the up position so trim way up when pulling out or in. Host was very easily reached by phone and able to accommodate. Welcome book had all procedures lined out and even some recommended restaurants and things to do. I will be back for sure.

This is a very nice house, located up a steep driveway, with a huge garage. All 1 level, the house itself is good for seniors. The neighborhood is nice, but also on a steep hill, making it difficult to walk. There is a nice patio off the LR and MB with a table and chairs and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced and there seemed to be good security. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, which was helpful. The kitchen has a big pantry, and comes with a nice Keurig and somecoffee provided. Our only issues were with the water pressure, which made showering difficult and the TV service, which was streaming only.
