Beach Cottage with large deck-One short block to beach-Walk to shops and dining!

Welcome to Coaches Corner, Cottage D. This charming abode is one of four distinct cottages within the main house. Nestled on the second floor, Cottage D boasts two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The living room is equipped with a full-sized sleeper sofa. Highlights include a patio furnished with a dining set, outdoor showers, communal grill area, and smart TVs in every room with complimentary Hulu/Disney+. Guests can enjoy free on-site parking and a prime location just one block from the beach and less than a mile from village shops, restaurants, and parks. Inquire about our golf cart rental availability!

*The cottage is equipped with a ring doorbell camera system at the front door. All doorbell rings will be sent to your hosts' phone and will not ring inside.

**Any stay over 10 days will require an additional cleaning and cleaning fee.

***Coaches Corner consists of four separate cottages in one building. This is a great place for family reunions when rented together! It can sleep up to 22 and allows togetherness with casual privacy. Hawk’s Nest is a stand-alone, pet friendly cottage next door which can sleep an additional 8. Please message for availability regarding booking multiple cottages for large groups.

The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach and not a bad walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. There was plenty of parking space. The apartment was actually bigger than I thought it would be once we got in. The hosts were easy to work with and checked in on us regularly. This place will hopefully be our go to spot when we come back to St Simons.

We’ve stayed in the area several times and loved this spot. It had everything we needed for a beach vacation with the young teens and the beach was steps away. We could easily come and go to the beach and let the kids come and go safely without us from our location. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was convenient. We couldn’t hear the neighbors. I loved sitting out on the porch shaded by an old oak tree with my coffee. Thanks for everything!

Great getaway

Took my teenage girls to St Simon’s for a quick getaway. Great location, and clean. Property manager was always quick and responsive, pleasure to work with!

Great location and amenities

Terrific location; 15 minute walk to town, lighthouse, and 5 minute walk to beach. Appreciated having good mattresses, modern kitchen, washer & dryer, to make our stay very comfortable.

Perfect weekend getaway for the wife and I. Loved being so close to the beach. Everything was as described. Lori is super nice and very helpful for any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cottage and great location!

This 2-bedroom cottage is well appointed and a perfect location to walk to the beach. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for any meal and the gas grill was great for making dinner of grilled fresh fish. Walking to downtown for restaurants and shops was easy and it is only a short walk in the other direction to more restaurants. We couldn’t be happier with this place and we will definitely be back.

The property was very nice and close to town. It is actually a little smaller than the pictures made it look, but overall was everything we needed. A 10 min walk to town and less than that to Crab Shack and Crab Daddy's. There is a beach acces across the street that was perfect. Definitely would recommend to anyone and would stay at again!

I was very impressed with the features of the property. Very clean and bright. Melissa and Dede were very helpful and gave immediate responses when we were confused by the tv because we do not have similar cable at our home. But they took care of it.

Very well equipped!

The property offered many items that we often do not find in a vacation rental. Items that we normally take with us if we're driving- washing powder, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, fresh sponge, roll of paper towels. Every kitchen appliance you can imagine. An abundance of towels was provided, as was a dehumidifier. When was the last time you stayed anywhere that provided a white noise machine by the bed? Heaven. Communication with the hosts was excellent- all queries were answered in a timely manner. Excellent location- 5 minute walk to beach access point, 10-15 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. A single caution! If you subscribe to any streaming services take your passcodes or have the apps on your phone! Roku demands it.

Perfect stay on SSI!

I can’t rave enough over Lori’s place! This cottage is darling and the location simply can’t be topped—you’re literally across the street from the beach. The cottage was clean, cozy, and just the right amount of space for our group of four. Kitchen was well appointed with every appliance and utensil we could possibly need. Check-in and out was amazingly easy. Lori is the best host and very responsive via message. We looking forward to staying here again!
