**This house is a duplex. This listing is for the downstairs unit.**

Location! Location! Location! Newly Remodeled inside and out! This charming beach Cottage is situated on a very tranquil street lined with beautiful enchanting oak and palm trees, one block to the beach and the renown Crab Trap & Crabdaddys restaurants. It is a very short walk to the Myrtle Street beach and a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.

This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex. The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink. The kitchen is well equipped and has upgraded stainless appliances and nice bar with USB outlets for cell phone charging.

The living room features a brand new wall mounted 55" flat screen smart TV and ample seating for all. Outside of the living room is a patio for relaxing and hearing the ocean breeze.

The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a brand new full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space (both the washer and dryer are new as well).

The beach is just a short stroll down the street. Very easy walk even with children. There are 5 restaurants within easy walking distance.

The property was fantastic for three of us. It is spotless, newly renovated and for us perfectly situated in town. You couldn’t ask for a better host. The pictures perfectly sum up the space and everything is comfortable inside. We had people in the unit above us and never heard them, so the insulation is decent. Thanks for making the stay super simple and comfortable.

We stayed at this beach condo for 4 nights while celebrating our daughter’s 3rd birthday, and it could not have been more perfect! The location is absolutely ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a fully equipped kitchen that made it so easy to settle in and feel at home. It had everything we could possibly need, and the thoughtful touches throughout really elevated our stay. It was the perfect space for our family, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Stay at Park Lane

This was our third time staying at Park Lane and every time has been perfect. The condo is always clean and set up with everything we need. It’s perfectly located between the beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back next year!

A Week Away

We stayed here for one week to celebrate our anniversary. Short and easy walk to the beach, a nice walk to downtown village, and several great restaurants within a few minutes of the place, too! Ryan was quick to communicate and fix a small issue that popped up. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Place

Listing was exactly as advertised, very recently updated. Like staying in a new home. There are two units here, I was in the downstairs unit but I believe they are almost identical. Very nicely equipped / stocked. Comfortable bed. Great kitchen, nothing huge, but very functional. Location is very nice as well. Easy walking access to beach and even a few good restaurants close enough to walk to. Extremely quiet area. I was fortunate enough to be there for a freak ice storm which caused some issues, but the host was available for assistance and addressed the situation no problem. Overall, a great value for the money and I’d certainly stay here again.

Always a great stay

Quiet little house on a quiet street with walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. You can park the car and not need it the whole time. Our annual retreat.

Couples getaway

Perfect location! Close to beach, pier and lots of great restaurants. Amenities were awesome. Only downside was noise from foot traffic upstairs. Woke us up every morning. Carpet or rugs upstairs would be a great addition. Would stay here again though!
