Located in the main complex of the Swiss Waterski Resort, this lovely Canadian-owned, 3 bedroom home is a slice of paradise.  Waterskiing and golf are on site and the Orlando theme parks are located just 30-40 minutes away.  For those of you familiar with Swiss Waterski Resort, this home is house #42.

Book a waterski set with one of the private onsite ski lakes by visiting Swiss Ski School or MC Skis! Golf onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge!  Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers.

This single story home has an attached lanai for quiet happy hours or your morning coffee, and overlooks a private endless (infinity edge) pool and spa for your enjoyment. Both King bedrooms have their own private attached bathrooms!

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for three as well as a kitchen table that seats four.  There is also a dining table and seating for eight outside on the screened-in lanai.

The spacious living area has comfortable seating and a flat screen Smart TV. There are TVs in both King bedrooms. Both have a cable package with multiple channels and Netflix.

There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the adjoining private parking garage.

We can offer you spa heat at this property, not pool heat.  There is an added charge for this option.

Please note the community gate is normally open during daylight hours but we will provide you with a code to enter between dusk to dawn.

Community Amenities

We follow the 'self-catering' concept which means that we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and a small bar of soap in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, paper towels and a small amount of garbage bags and some dishsoap for you to get started.  You`ll need to get the rest (garbage bags, shampoo, laundry soap).  Contact us if you want any extras like spa heat, BBQ grill, baby crib, high chair, safe rental or a welcome pack.

Check in time is 4 PM;  Check out time is 10 AM.  Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.  Thank you for your business!
