Beautiful, newly remodeled lake house on Lake Hamilton - just steps from the water. The open floor plan offers water views from almost every room. Enjoy outdoor living from the main floor or lower level while you grill or take in the scenery. With 4 king bedrooms, this spacious home is perfect for couples or families. Amenities include two master suites (one on each level), a fully equipped kitchen, luxury showers, flat screen TVs in living areas and all bedrooms, and a media room with a 70 inch TV and popcorn machine. Kids will enjoy bunk area in downstairs great hall. Location is perfect for water sports and is conveniently located close to restaurants, entertainment, and Oaklawn Casino and Gaming. Only seconds from Hot Springs Marina for boat rental and service needs. Sorry, there is no private boat dock available on the property.

We had 3 couples and two others with us and this house was perfect. Has everything you need and was very spacious. We will definitely will be staying there again .

Family Weekend

This lake house was perfect for our family. Open living so all felt together but also had our own separate spaces. The additional living room downstairs was perfect for our young adult children. The home was well stocked with everything making us feel very much at home. The location on the lake is perfect with the wonderful marina near by. We’d definitely stay again and wished we’d had more days this trip! Thanks to Mollie for being a wonderful host!

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!

This was a perfect place to stay in Hot Springs. The neighborhood is quiet, there is no detail left untouched in the home. Every single bed was comfortable (we all did the Goldilock's test). Although we didn't utilize it, there is an incredible variety of water equipment (lifejackets, paddleboards, etc) as well as games for rainy days and nighttime activities. It was very clean and we felt safe. The garage is a bonus to park in- because the parking is definitely what is stated about zero parking on the street. Thank you for being such a wonderful host home!

Very nice property. The house was just as the pictures and description indicated. Lots of room and very comfortable. Location was ideal. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Eclipse stay!

Our group consisting of 3 couples had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together as well as great spaces for everyone to have time to themselves. There were 4 good sized bedrooms and 4 baths. The kitchen was very well equipped. The large deck off of the great room was perfect for eclipse watching. It rained much of the rest of our stay, so we worked puzzles, read and relaxed. I can't think of a property that has been better suited for our needs. The host was easy to reach and was lovely to work with. We'll come again anytime we are in the area.

We’re in Love

We rented this lovely property while in Hot Springs for the wedding of our daughter. It was the perfect property, with a spacious, updated kitchen which is fully stocked. There are four bedrooms, each with the most comfortable matresses, pillows and bedding. There are a total of 8 big screen televisions and plenty of sitting areas and porches that allow for quiet moments watching the ducks in the lake. There’s a full media room with popcorn maker and fridge downstairs too, although we were too busy with wedding events to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

In our group, there were 8 off us and the place was perfect for us... Everything representant in the Advertisement on the VRBO site was there and then some... The place was furnished very well... We as a group have discussed renting the property again Next Year....

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and nicely furnished. Enough beds and full bathroom for our entire family. My only complaint is the neighbors motion light continually went off all night on both nights of our stay. It was so bright it was as if the neighbors shined the light purposefully into the two bedrooms closest to the lake side of the house. Other than that, I give this house a 10/10.

Beautiful, well located and comfortable!

This home is super comfortable with many living and outdoor spaces. I would stay here again and again! The host was a great communicator and the home is well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great pressure.

Immaculate home

This house is what a vacation rental strives to be: comfortable and spotless. It is in a neighborhood with high density, where each home has a water view. The upstairs has an open kitchen/dining/living, a master bedroom and ensuite bath, a bedroom by the front door, and a hall bath/laundry. The downstairs has a sitting room with tv, an ensuite bedroom, and a bedroom with hall bath. There is outdoor seating both upstairs and downstairs that faces the lake. Owner was great at communicating. Kitchen is well stocked.

Great Location

This is a very clean, well kept, beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked. The only negative was that the pictures make it seem this house has a boat dock right off the back yard. (Which it does—-but it does not belong to this house—-have to read the fine print). Fortunately, the marina is literally a one minute drive down the street so we were able to leave our pontoon there overnight.

A beautiful home to stay at on the lake

After a few visits to Hot Springs, we have found the place we'll be staying at from now on. This home is perfect. Everything you need is there. We were especially grateful for the floats and life jackets in the downstairs closet. There was room enough for all 9 of us and it was wonderful having king sized beds and plenty of bathrooms. It was wonderful being able to jump into the lake on the hot days. I have VERY high standards when it comes to the places we stay, and I can say with complete honesty, this home and the owners exceeded those expectations. Do not hesitate to book! Thank you Gentry family for opening your home up for others to enjoy.

Beautiful Lake Hamilton

This home was even more than we expected. It’s so spacious and enough space for family and friends to be together, but yet still have plenty of their own space. It was nice staying somewhere that could accommodate adults with king beds in every room and also a bathroom to accommodate them as well. The kids loved the movie room with their very own bunk bed outside the door. It made them feel as if they had they very own space. Oh and not to mention the balcony on the top floor with a beautiful lake view and another right below on the lower level. I could go on and on. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this home to someone looking for a house to rent in Lake Hamilton that’s not in the middle of all the traffic, but still so close to town everything is right there! We hope to stay there again soon.
