New Hot Springs Lakehouse with Double Stall Dock & Boat for Rent!

Beautiful new 3000 sq ft home located on 1.1 acre main channel lot of Lake Hamilton. Get the best of both worlds with a waterfront view from our two level patio and the front porch view of our serene wooded lot with winding driveway.

This home sleeps 16 and is perfect for families to share or your next family gathering. Room for extra parking, cornhole and basketball with our extended driveway & league size goal. Private double stall boat dock with Tritoon available for rent to experienced boaters, or bring your own boat and launch from nearby Hill Wheatley Park. Boat rental is a separate fee.

Our main floor boasts a large open living room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and windows galore. A fully furnished kitchen with upper level deck access to a gas grill & outdoor dining area. Master bedroom with King bed & fireplace. Master bath with jetted tub, double vanities & large master closet. Office / 4th bedroom with desk & Queen Murphy bed and a second full bathroom. Laundry/ mudroom with direct entrance coming in from the lake.

The lower level has a King Guest bedroom, an enormous Bunk Room that sleeps 10 and a third full bathroom with double vanities. In addition, it has a Gameroom with bar, a roll-a-way bed and a King blow up mattress.

Amenities include high speed internet with Smart TV's in every room & Xbox in the game room. Watch your favorite sporting events from the outdoor patio TV or 75 inch living room TV. We also have a double seat kayak, two cornhole sets, fishing rods, basketballs, life size connect four and life jackets for use with boat rental.

Enjoy our blackout blinds for a perfect night's sleep and wake up to the fully stocked coffee bar to watch the sunrise over the lake from our back patio & upper level deck. You may even catch a glimpse of our resident deer and red fox families.

Nearby Activities:

We are 15 minutes from Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown & Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens and many other attractions.

Hot Springs also offers many fine restaurants, shopping options, crystal mines, hiking trails & spas. The Arlington hotel and the Quapaw bathhouse offer hot springs mineral baths in addition to other spa services.

Oaklawn Horse Racing and Gaming Casino offers live music, the Astral Spa, a pool and 14 dining options! Choose from fine dining or bar & grills with sports betting, ax throwing, shuffleboard, simulated top golf & other sports.

Fantastic stay! The dock was in a perfect spot with deep, clear water, and there was even a kayak ready to use. The kitchen and grill area were great for cooking, and every room had a TV. Plenty of parking made coming and going easy. The location was ideal—close to golf and the Off-Road Park. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with the feeling of seclusion. The family really enjoyed the lake view while spending a majority of the time on the balcony. The property was very clean, well equipped for making meals at home and the host was extremely attentive to ensure we were taken care of during our stay.

The house was nice and well stocked. The kids had so much fun swimming and fishing in the lake. It was wonderful to sit on the deck, drinking coffee in the mornings. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the lake. It was easy to access stores and the downtown from the house. The only suggestion for improvement I would make would be to have a better outline of sleeping area options in the description. We had planned on sleeping on the pull out day bed and having kids on each of the bunks, etc., but did not realize until we got there that that whole room had weight limits for the beds. Both of our sons were too heavy for the beds due to being tall and muscular and 2 adults were too heavy for the pull out daybed. Anyway, we just put the mattresses on the floor and slept on those, which was fine for us, but others maybe wouldn't want to do that. Also, there were sheets for the trundle beds, but no blankets. Other than the sleeping arrangements, the house was perfect! It was so nice to not have to drag every spice and pan along because the kitchen was so well stocked! There was even shampoo in the showers and plenty of towels, etc. The deck was definitely a favorite and we appreciated the outdoor fans because it was hot when we were there! Host was very responsive to all questions also! Overall it was a nice family getaway!

Awesome place

Everything that was described on website was accurate. The amenities were perfect. Everyone said this was the best vacation ever and we have been on quite a few. My only suggestion would be to have more fans on porch or ceiling fans but we managed. Can say enough about Denise. She was extremely helpful.

Fantastic home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! There were 10 of us ranging in age from 9-71 and everyone had a great time. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. This is a very comfortable house. The kitchen has everything you will need. And the deck is awesome for watching the lake and boats. We rented the party barge that was available and it was perfect for taking the kiddos tubing on the lake!You can't go wrong renting this place!

Spring Golf Trip

Wonderful property in a fantastic location! So enjoyed the deck looking over the lake. We had 12 adults staying at the property for our spring golf trip and the house worked great. Utilized the gas grill and dining set on deck. We loved the second refrigerator in the garage where we could stock all our beer and soda. The basketball court was a huge hit as well. There are weight limits on the upper bunk beds so we needed to use the coach and air mattress they provided but not a big issue. Loved the open floor plan connecting kitchen to the dining room to living room. We could all hang out together. We also loved all the toys and outdoor activity items in the garage like the cornhole set. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!!!

If you are looking for a wonerful time, look no further, because your wait is over. This home was stunning. It was exactly what we needed and were looking for in a vacation rental. We watch the grandbabies catch their first fish from the docks, enjoyed home cooked meals and watermelon as a family, we observed the grandbabies first tube ride behind the boat (Thank yoou again). We all agreed that it was out best time yet! The host was extremely accomidating and the only thing I hated was that I couldn't meet them in person to personally thank them for allowing us to share their home. One for the memory books and one that will last a liseftime.

Wonderful time!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the house. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Beds were comfy, and my kids loved the lower level with all the games and bunk beds. We had a wonderful time exploring Hot Springs.

Holiday with the family

Had an amazing time at this beautiful lakefront home!! Communication was great. Home was setup perfectly for our group. Clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. The master bathroom is amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub!! Beds are comfortable. Extra fridge, washing machine and dryer in garage made things so much easier. Dock is on the main channel and water is crazy especially during the holiday weeks and made getting the boat in/out of the dock hectic, but we knew that going in. Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you for hosting us!!
