Perfect Family/Friends Getaway, in the Heart of Osage Beach!

Updated Lakefront home in the heart of Osage Beach! Great Location by water or land on the 23 MM. Close to Margaritiville, Red Heads, Shorty Pants, Dog Days, and Backwater Jacks. Single well dock great for fishing and swimming. Water mat and Kayak available for use. The main level of home is an inviting area for the whole group with a fully equipped Beautiful kitchen open to the living room. On the outside of the main level is a large deck w/propane and charcoal grills. Lower level has ping pong inside and outdoor fire pit with beautiful view that over looks the lake.
5 bed/4 bath each bedroom has its own full bath, two of the rooms share a large bathroom with a jetted tub and stand up shower. Sleeps 15! 1 king/ 3 Queen/ 1 full/1 twin and 2 pull out sofa sleepers. Two laundry rooms. Enough parking for 6 vehicles. This home is a perfect family or friends getaway year round!

The house was beautiful and updated. It was comfortable for our large group. We had an issue with power in the basement and the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem.

Very nice place

Place was really nice had everything you could ever want there. The owner was very cool stopped what he was doing to come show us the nearest boat ramp. We will for sure be back

Great house and great location!

The house was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed to stay at the house, hang out at the lake, on the deck and in the living room playing games and watching football. It was also close to plenty of places to go out for breakfast, lunch, dinner and other activities! We had such a great time we’ve talked about making this an annual trip and would definitely look to book this stay again. 100% Recommend.

Great place for a family getaway

This location has lots of options for both indoor & outdoor entertainment. From fishing & swimming at the dock, campfires& ping pong.. there was something for everyone. The large kitchen made it ideal for our large multi-family group. We are looking at calendars to potentially book again!

Absolutely beautiful home! It had plenty of space and beds for a perfect girls weekend! We loved the deck and views of the lake. Very clean and organized house. I would most definitely come back!

Immaculate - Great Location

We have stayed at many VBRO properties over the years. this property was one of the best. My husband's family sibling trip all 9 of us fit comfortably in this home. Private dock, floats, kayak and a boat slip had we had a boat. Lots of room and kitchen was awesome! Highly recommend these owners and their properties.

Fabulous house

The house was clean, spacious and much attention to detail throughout in the amenities provided. We enjoyed our stay. However, The grill on deck needs to be replaced or new burners in grill. The parking is a bit difficult. Access to bedroom in basement was not optimum. But none of those items diminished the fun we had.

Perfect July 4th

The house is perfect for a large family gathering. We had three generations stay comfortably. We came for the 4th of July and loved our visit here. The location was excellent. Home was easy to find with ample signage to assist with parking. Parking was at a steep incline but we managed easily. Communication and check in were an absolute breeze. The house was spotless and smelled fantastic. So clean. The beds and linens were so comfortable to sleep on after a long day of playing in the sun. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large crew. Enjoying coffee on the deck during the sunrise and having a cold beer on the deck at sunset were my favorite things. The firepit is a nice touch. The kids loved making s'mores late at night. Our every need was met. We would definitely return here. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Labor Day Weekend get-a-way

We have been coming to the lake for years and it seems our group is getting bigger & bigger to come down with us. This house was everything we needed- the 5 bedroom/4 full bath was amazing. The layout of the home is also very open as far as the kitchen/living room area. SO clean- I was very impressed with the cleanliness. Kitchen had everything we needed & everything was stocked down to the Kleenex! Communication was great with Jason. Would definitely recommend!!

Awesome property with a great location!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and we highly recommend this property! The house was very clean and big enough to fit 9 adults comfortably. They had everything we could have needed for our stay.

Home was well appointed with plenty of bath and kitchen towels, kitchen utensils, trash bags, most everything we needed. Host was quick to respond. Only thing is the driveway...very steep and angled, but we loved our stay
