Located in the Osage Beach subdivision, “The Port Royale”, right off of Hwy 54, your luxury home is in a prime location right down the road from the best restaurants, shopping, and essential stores the lake has to offer! When it comes to the water, you’re right on the main channel at mile marker 20!

Your private home includes a sleeping arrangement of 6 king beds, a bunk room equipped with 3 queen over queen built-in bunk beds, and 2 queen-sized air mattresses. This open floor plan allows for a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area both upstairs and down. Located in each of the kitchens are two enormous wall-to-wall window-front bars equipped with a sink, dishwasher, and mini-fridge giving you a breathtaking view of the main channel while in use.

Right off the bottom deck is an amazing 17,000-gallon heated saltwater pool with a swim-up edge overlooking the main channel. While you enjoy the pool, there are noodles and other pool toys located on the bottom deck for your convenience. Surrounding the pool you will have options to either lounge back in one of the cushioned sun chairs or lay out on the reclining pool chairs with friends and family. While Missouri has many warm and sunny days, we too have a summer season. The pool will be winterized from October to March, so please confirm with us if the pool will be open if you are planning to use it! While our pool is heated, if temps drop below 60 degrees it may not be able to keep the temps as toasty as one may want. However, our Jaccuzi Spa operates no matter what temperature it is. Whether it is the middle of winter or just a cool Summer night, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the spa located on the upper pool deck. Decide the sun is too hot today? No problem. Step inside and enjoy our action-packed arcade and video game room. Here you can enjoy the AC while playing some classic arcade games like Pacman, Streetfighters, and Air Hockey! Or lounge back and enjoy our immersive Nintendo Switch experience with amazing audio on a 42" LED TV. You can even keep it old school and stick with one of our classic board games from the game closet.

The “man-cave”, attached to the exterior garage (which sits at the top of the property), includes a full-sized queen murphy bed, sleeper sofa, 3-in-1 multifunction game table including a pool and ping pong tabletop, TV, and bar area. The man-cave also has quick sliding door access to an outdoor fire pit with a breath-taking hilltop view, allowing you to see miles of the lake while roasting marshmallows and cooking hot dogs! Please note that the man-cave can be accessed 365 days of the year, but will be winterized from November-April prohibiting the use of the bathroom.

When it comes to vehicle parking, our home will exceed your expectations! All of our parking is private and exclusive to you! With a two-car enclosed garage attached to the home, a two-car detached enclosed garage, a three-car gravel space, and a long spacious driveway, you can fit up to 4 vehicles in enclosed spaces and 11 vehicles in uncovered spaces!

Last but certainly not least, we understand that being able to invite your entire family or group of friends to a vacation like this is important, which is why we made our home available to sleep a total of 30 people in beds! No one should have to miss out on a lake vacation!
