The three spacious bedrooms can sleep a total of eight people, with a selection of king, queen, twin, and rollaway beds to choose from. Enjoy maximum comfort in your home away from home in the king-sized Casper mattress in the master bedroom.



Two guests can cozy up in the queen bedroom, and two more can sleep well on the trundle single beds with the extra bed linens, blankets, and pillows provided. Additional guests can sleep on the memory foam rollaway beds. Carpeting throughout all the bedrooms makes for a comfortable stay.

With two full bathrooms (including a bathtub for when you need a luxurious soak) and a half bathroom, you won’t need to wait your turn. We provide the basics for your stay, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.

GETTING AROUND:



You`ll want to have a car to get around the Raleigh-Durham area. The spacious garage fits 2 cars and the driveway can fit 2 more. A parking lot for guests is right across the street.



OTHER NOTES:



We love pets, but you MUST ask before booking, as sometimes guests who are very allergic have booked after you and we need to make sure we provide a safe space for them too. Please provide information such as breed, weight, if it is house trained, how much it barks, and for how long it will be left alone at a time.



Since we can typically only rent for periods of 30 days or more, we ask that when you book, you don`t leave any gaps of less than 30 days before or after your reservation and the start or end of the previous or next reservation.



For stays over 30 days, there is a one-time charge for a key tags if you`d like access to the Community Center (i.e. pool, gym, etc.) , which that depends on the number of key tags you get and the age of the key tag holder.



Note there is a Ring doorbell (with camera) on the front door and a Ring camera on the garage facing the street. The cameras record audio and video when there is motion.

Immaculate and Well-Stocked!

Gorgeous house in a perfect location

Jillian was a phenomenal host and this house was absolutely perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated. Loved the patio, the coffee station, the bed, everything was top tier. Would gladly stay again.
