Located in a peaceful spot on the picturesque China Lake near Waterville Opera House, this waterfront home offers the perfect blend of recreation and relaxation. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the furnished deck that boasts lovely lake views. In the afternoons, hit the open waters in the provided kayaks to further soak in the scenery - or in the winter, enjoy ice fishing and ice skating on the lake. When you return home, fire up the gas grill for a cookout or set up a game of cornhole in the yard.

Inside this home, you'll find plenty of room for your group (dogs included) to stretch out and unwind. Grab a favorite vacation read or a cold beverage and gather in either of the two living areas. While the chef prepares recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, play a board game at the eight-person table where you can share meals once ready. End days with a movie night on either of the home's smart TVs. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool on those hot summer days.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: The home is equipped with a video doorbell.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
