Silver Fox is clean, remodeled & stylish. Walking distance to the UofA campus, 5 minutes to downtown Tucson, 3 minutes to UMC (great for nurses), mid-town so you are close to everything! Wi-fi, Roku TV, home office, gym, granite counters, & rainfall shower just to name a few! Quiet neighborhood with street parking. Outdoor seating on the front porch and back patio. Bike rentals available on the next street over! Campbell Ave features a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, salons, & more within walking distance!
The space
Clean and stylish 2 bedroom 1 bath home. The property is ideal for 4 guests, but can sleep 6. Bathroom features an amazing rainfall shower head, new tile, and a Halo mirror. Kitchen has new granite countertops, under cabinet lights, a gas stove, pots and pans, dishes, and all basic cooking essentials. Backroom features laundry, a home gym and a dog door for your four legged friends! There is a beautiful granite top desk space available with fast wifi. Front entrance has a small covered patio and the back of the home features a large covered patio. Bedrooms have extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses and hand painted antique furniture. This home is truly unique. It's flows well and is super stylish.
Guest access
Guests access the home from the front door. Parking is available directly in front of the home. Lighted and paved pathway leads to the front door. **There are two steps up to the front porch.

Work visit

I was in Tucson for work all week. This house was absolutely perfect for me, my husband and our dog. Centrally located, close to where I needed to be. While my husband worked from home the house accommodated exactly what he needed to get his job done. Work desk & Wi-Fi.A very cozy home with enough space for my dog to roam and explore enough for us to be able to stretch out and cook dinner in the evenings. It was perfect & just what I looking for our time in Tucson. I will definitely book again if available for my next visit to Tucson.

Enjoyable Stay for Worksop

We were in town for a workshop and enjoyed Candace’s pet-friendly house and its convenient, close location to the site. Candace was very responsive to our questions and worked to provide us early access.

Perfect for our time in Tucson

We were in Tucson to visit our daughter and this proved to be a perfect cottage for our time there. Nice and clean, it was great for our times together. Calming, comfortable interior and enough space to feel at ease.

A treasure! A gem!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed (including a wonderful shower!) The check-in was easy and communication with Candace was clear and responsive. I will be telling anyone I know who is coming to Tucson to stay here if at all possible.

Excellent!

The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. Its layout is practical and well thought out. We really loved having our home base there for the week we were in town. The location was perfect, in a community within a 40-minute walk to U of A. Candace responded quickly to questions we had during our stay in Tucson. The only downside is that a friendly neighbor conducts backyard fitness classes in the morning and afternoon. However, the house and neighborhood are otherwise quiet. A pair of Vermillion Flycatchers, and other local birds, were frequent visitors to the beautiful front yard trees. We used the backyard area and barbecue every day. We would return here. Highly recommended!

Good place for 2 people

the home was nice and clean when we got there. It was in a quite neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to our needs working hard to quickly resolve an issue caused by the internet company. It was a good size for the 2 of us but it might have been crowed if we had any more people with us.

Very nice house

My wife and I came to Tucson for a short golf vacation and had planned on bringing our two little dogs. At the last minute, we found care for them at home, so it was just us. We found the house immaculate, lots of room to spread out, beds were comfortable and nicely located in terms of proximity to restaurants and a close Starbucks. Overall, we were very happy with our selection

Wonderful home for our visit to Tucson - clean, updated accommodations with comfortable beds, spacious living room & covered patio. Updated kitchen and outdoor grill made cooking easy. Great location with grocery store and restaurants just minutes away. Walkable neighborhood with many beautiful properties. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Walking distance to everything on Campbell. Nice backyard for pups. Safe neighborhood to walk dogs. Neighbor next door trains boxers in his backyard starting at 7am with loud music and intense workouts. He’s super friendly though and will adjust noise if you ask. It wasn’t a problem for us. Windows are double paned. Communication with Candace was an excellent host. Super responsive. Only slight bummer is that the bed & pillows are not very comfy. Overall though a great space & we really enjoyed our week there!

Great property at a great price

The location was quiet and safe, but still was very close to everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and prompt. The shower was amazing. The home was attractive and easy to keep clean. We will be back! Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful house and neighborhood. Super loud friendly neighbor

The house was perfect. My dogs loved it, too. My only issue was the neighbor Nick, who runs his personal training business in his back yard at the top of his lungs, accompanied by Rap and Rock music. If you're going to be gone all day, that's fine, but are subjected to the noise until dark. So it's difficult to enjoy cocktail hour with that ruckus going on. He's a nice guy, but he'll tell how it's going to be right up front. " I'm going to make a LOT of noise" If you're sick and in the front bedroom, you can't hear him with the windows closed. If you can handle the noise, the house which is pet friendly, can be a perfect place. In my opinion, I think the homeowners should make him set up in a studio.
