Emerald Isle condo. One of the best views on the entire island because it's on the 5th floor. Two bedroom with truly spectacular view of Beach and Ocean. Gated property. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, water park, mini-golf, go-carts. Full kitchen with everything you'll need (hopefully). Washer and dryer in unit. Views from master bedroom, kitchen, main living area, deck, and dining area. Pool. Tennis courts/ pickle ball courts, basketball hoop. Two beach access walks on property. Elevators. Basic cable, wireless internet, smart TV in each bedroom and living room. The perfect vacation getaway location. Luggage cart inside unit. Keyless entry. No-contact check-in/out.

Our host was always helpful and concerned. We called him when the water was turned off one morning. He indicated that he would call maintenance and have them fix it. The water was back on in an hour!When we arrived late to get into his condo at the gate at 10pm he was very gracious and helped us get into the complex.

Condo was very nice, problem number 1 was the carpet in the primary bedroom was very dirty. 2. shower curtain in the primary bathroom was absoutly nasty. It needs to be thrown away. Couch in the living room was very dirty. We. did cover the couch with a quilt. Geneva

Place was great. Location was great - close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Shower was fantastic. Had a little trouble getting in, but not caused by owner. Make sure you bring coffee filters, napkins, shampoo, and shower soap as they are not provided.

Great location to the beach and of the beach while on the balcony. Close to town and even walking distance to some stores and restaurants (we are an active family and don’t mind walking). Close to Bogue Pier which we spent a lot of time at. Highly recommended to stay here!!!

Emerald Isle Getaway

The condo was located close to the beach and activities in the area. Check in and details for condo were clear. Place was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Access to the pool and pickleball court were also a nice features. The grocery store was right across the main road which was nice to pickup needed items. The beach vibe was family friendly and not overly crowded. The weather was nice and the water was not too rough. While we were at the beach, there were multiple loggerhead turtle nests that were being monitored by volunteers. It was nice to learn more about the activities of these individuals and efforts to save the turtles. We did get to see some turtles hatch which was wonderful. All and all we had a lovely time.

We had a lovely stay. Just about everything you need is there. The only thing we brought was a beach umbrella and beach towels. Super close to grocery stores and coffee places. There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. The balcony view is perfect for mornings and evenings, and the kitchen has almost everything we needed. We also took a half day drive to the beautiful Beaufort one morning. Communication prior to arrival was also clear.

Great condo and location

We just returned from our stay at this condo in Emerald Isle and were very happy with the accommodations. It is a very well appointed condo situated central to most activities in town and the unit itself has a beautiful ocean view from the master and living room. Would definitely rent here again.

The pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. There is a gate to enter onto the property, not that it was needed for the area. Lots of shops, attractions and restaurants, including 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes of the property. You can walk right onto the beach. My husband is ready to book again already.

Great Vacay

We have been visiting Emerald Isle for over 40 years. We have stayed in houses, condos, hotels. This property is very nice, well equipped and exactly as advertised. Great ocean view, clean, nice family environment. The complex is well laid out giving a peaceful relaxing environment without feeling over crowded. Convenient to everything! The host was fantastic, communicated well. Would def stay again!

We needed a few days at the ocean and we knew it was off season. Wonderful location on Emerald Isle - walking distance to grocery store and wonderful coffee and breakfast place. Condo was nicely outfitted with essentials.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great winter weekend at this condo. The rental has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a large stock pot and steamer basket for a feast of local crabs or shrimp. The luggage cart was also a very welcome addition. That along with the elevators made for getting in and set up quickly to maximize relaxation time. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is also excellent.

Great stay in Emerald Isle!

This place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location is awesome, and the view is spectacular. We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful view, restful getaway

Walk on the beach in the mornings, read on the porch overlooking the ocean in the afternoons--or visit all the interesting sites nearby: NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Maritime museum, or walking along the waterfront in Beaufort looking at the boats and ships harbored there. This condo is lovely, clean, and a great launching pad for all that this area has to offer.

Emerald Isle Sound of the Sea

First time to the Crystal Coast but will not be our last! Condo was clean and comfortable with a tremendous ocean view! Dave, the owner, was the best. 5 out of 5! We would definitely return!

I'm just a family man that shares our vacation place. When the place is available my family and I sometimes even have enough time to go enjoy it. Unfortunately not as often as we'd like.

This 5th floor condo has an amazing view of both the beach and the ocean. From the deck, and even the living room you can enjoy the entire day watching the sunrise, beach, ocean, beach goers, boaters, and sunset. Some days when we are there, we don't even leave the condo because the view is so spectacular! Easy access due to two elevators in this building.

Close to many good restaurants, tennis/pickleball courts on property. Private beach access on property. you only have to walk about 100yards to be on the beach.
