Este hermoso condominio se alza sobre un acantilado con vistas Bali Hai, con vistas de las puestas de sol, cascadas, y el arco iris. Las tortugas pueden ser vistos nadando en la cala de abajo. Diciembre a ballenas de abril se puede ver en su viaje hacia y desde Alaska.
Este condominio de unidad de esquina de Princeville tiene las vistas más espectaculares de todas las habitaciones.
Capacidad para 4 con camas queen size en el dormitorio principal y gran loft. 2 baños completos Cocina completamente amueblada, conexión inalámbrica a Internet, TV de pantalla grande, lavadora y secadora estándar. La cocina y los baños fueron bellamente remodelados a finales de 2016. Cristales tintados, y tire hacia abajo las pantallas en Lanai para reducir sol de tarde.

Fantastic location and the views did not disappoint! As others have noted, it is hot without A/C but it was manageable. Excellent communication from host when needed. We can't wait to return!

I have been to Kauai 4 times in the last 4 years. I can say with certainty this is the best condo we have rented on the Island! The owner Toni was very communicative and made sure everything was great. The condo is nicely appointed and has everything you could need for a Hawaiian vacation. All you need to pack is your clothes. The beds were very comfortable and the Tradewinds kept the condo very comfortable even though it was August. Finally the views, OMG the pictures she has don't do it justice! It was like looking at a screen saver every morning waking up with a coffee and every evening watching the sun set off of the deck! Highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic Views

Loved the location and incredible ocean views from anywhere in the property. Well stocked with all the beach accessories needed (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach bags). Had a wonderful stay and the owners were very easy to communicate with.

Always enjoy our stay at this townhouse.

The location is divine. The sunsets are gorgeous. There are nice breezes that flow through the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are lots of water toys upstairs should you choose to use them.

Paradise in Princeville

Our condo had the best view in the complex! It is well-stocked with everything you could possible need. Being able to take a path down to Hideaways to snorkel and swim is a definite plus to this property. This was our second stay at Pali Ke Kua, and we highly recommend it!

The Best!

A wonderful time away from a busy schedule. The condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable, quiet and we spent many (most) of our days on the lanai. If you sit just right, the palm tree blocks out Pua Poa and you really feel like you have the whole place to yourself. You can watch all the comings and goings from Hideaways and Secret Beach.Very clean & well appointed...solar shades were great, the screen door on the main door was perfect for cross breezes and PLENTY of fans. There was nothing missing!We had a small issue in the beginning and Toni was on it right away and it was resolved within 24 hours. Could not ask for a better host. Thank you Toni! We've already booked for next year !! Carol

Exceptional Property!

My wife and I were hoping the condominium would live up to the photos and it certainly did. It is an exceptional place with stunning views of the Napali coast. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we needed, or even thought we may need for our stay.

Great condo, world class view!

Lovely, well appointed condo, great location in Princeville. Extraordinary view towards Hanalei bay with the mountains behind, rainbows in the morning and stunning sunsets in the evening. Hideaway Beach and Queens Bath trails are both an easy walk from the condo. Fantastic home base for our incredible first trip to Kauai!

I don’t think a better view of Hanalei bay exists from Princeville. Condo was well equipped and updated. Sleeps three sets of people. Fold out couch in living has the best view. Kitchen was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

The view!!!!

Stunning view and location is really perfect. Spent mornings drinking coffee on the patio watching whales and surfers. Well equipped for cooking and enjoying time in the condo. Amazing Location on the North Shore

We loved our stay at this property. It was just as listed. The view couldn't be beat. The property was so quiet and relaxing and the home had everything we could need for our stay- in the kitchen, beach and pool toys, etc. As noted there was no AC, which we were nervous about in July. But we figured out to close the shades during the day while we were gone and use the door screens in the evening when we returned for cross ventilation. We've already recommended this property to friends and can't wait to return.

Nice view!

Nice view and thunderous sounds from the ocean waves. Be aware that there is no A/C, which makes sleeping in the upstairs loft quite warm. Hundreds of tiny bugs would come in through the screens. Other wise, great stay.

Charming Place with Stellar Views

We found this condo to be everything we needed for a perfect 5 night stay. The location offers beautiful views of the coastline and a couple of beaches below. The grounds are lovely, quiet and easy for walking. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with all essentials. We found the bed in the master to be quite soft but it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. We were quite comfortable in the living areas inside and out! Hannalei is a quick drive away. However, Princeville has a shopping area with a great grocery store, a few restaurants, and many conveniences. We were thrilled to snag this rental opportunity for our first visit to Kauai.

We enjoyed our time here. The view from the downstairs portion of the unit is stunning. The cabinets were stocked with dishes/utensils. The wifi was easy to connect to and reliable. The condo complex was well-maintained. Parking was located a very short walk from the unit and I never had issues finding a space. The location is good - a short walk to Hideaway Beach (and hideaway lookout, for those who prefer not to adventure down the surprisingly steep trail to get to the beach), short drive to the golf course, and a quick drive into Hanalei or nearby Kilauea. The area is peaceful. There is plenty of beach gear available in the upstairs closet. Also, the owners were transparent about ongoing construction in advance of our stay (the construction was far away from our unit). There were some opportunities for improvement. There was less air flow through the unit than I expected. This may have been partially due to the weather and time of year. The owners provided a generous number of fans - even with all on full blast and with the wind and rains that would come through, we had some difficulty bringing the temp down in the evenings. This affected the loft area more than downstairs. A/C would be a tremendous addition. The only other minor issue we had was related to bugs (earwigs and flying roaches) that somehow made their way in despite all obvious entry points closed. Not overwhelming by any means, but more than expected for a vacation rental.

The first time we walked in and looked out the dining room window there were whales spouting and playing right in front and were awed by the views of Bali Hai.
It didn't take much more convincing for us to decide to buy this beautiful property.

Simply the best views in Princeville. This was the builder's unit back when Pali Ke Kua was built. We've been renting our unit for over 30 years, while our own family & friends also visit frequently. Pali Ke Kua 218 is truly a treasure.
