Enjoy our 2nd Row, Newly Constructed Dream get-a-way Paradise with Family and Friends! This 2 story home has 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths, 2 Social Gathering Rooms, and Kitchens Up & Downstairs. From the bottom balcony, enjoy a 60 second walk to the Beautiful Sands of N. Myrtle Beach. You will also enjoy a Private Pool with Night Lights for evening swims! And don't forget the adjustable hoops bball goal, 2 Beach Bikes and a 5 minute walk to local gift shops, restaurants & incredible Parasailing & boat rides! There is also a gas grill onsite for fun evenings of grilling out around the pool.
All linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. We do have a few beach chairs, kids beach toys & tools, and possibly even an umbrella. This set up and location is truly unbelievable and perfect for making memories with family and friends!

4th year for our family of 8 at this property. Only complaint was our week flew by too fast! Liked the addition of putting green and artificial turf beside the pool deck that was added.

Lovely location, great house

Beautiful place to stay. Kitchen is fully functional and the master shower was very impressive. Downstairs was a bit hot and humid for some reason but was manageable. Was overall great and would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. The space was perfect. Multiple indoor gathering areas, plenty of bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and fantastic outdoor space. We look forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic Spot

Stayed here with a wedding party. Perfect space for a larger group of people. The home was clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the Myrtle Beach area.

1st Family Beach Vacation with Everyone!!

Very nice, plenty of space for 8 adults & 10 children. Nice location. Close to beach. Ice cream shop, convenient store, souvenir shop all within walking distance. Possibly a larger grill would be nice. Thanks for a Great week!! Hope to be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

House nice and clean upon arrival. Hassle free Checkin and checkout. Quick response for any questions. Plenty of room with some to spare for our family of 7. Kids loved pool, porches nand easy walk to beach. Views of ocean from decks. Can’t wait to return.

Fun time in North Myrtle

Our family had a wonderful week. We had Littles so the pool was so perfect for the 1 and 2 year old. Lovely, new home was so comfortable and welcoming. Great location for beach access and restaurants. Great response when we had a request. Highly recommend.🐳

Family Vacation

This House was perfect for our family vacation. Check In and Out was a breeze. Edna was very helpful and replied back quickly to any questions I had and was very accommodating. This House was super clean and well stocked with what we needed. The Pool was awesome to have and we used it a lot. The walk to the beach is right across the street and very easy to get to. We will be booking with you again very soon. Thank you for an amazing family vacation spot!!

Great family vacation!

This property is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, etc. My kids loved the arcade game downstairs and the bunk beds. The porches and pool area have nice, quality rocking chairs/chaise loungers. The pool is a good size for swimming, we all thoroughly enjoyed it for relaxing and cooling off. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. I would love to stay here again sometime.

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as depicted on VRBO site. Wonderful home in great location. The house was spotless and the AC worked perfectly. Pool was beautiful and big enough for my 8 grandkids. Beach was easily accessible and the wife and I walked it every morning. You will not be disappointed renting this home. Frank

Beautiful Home

Everything was exactly as advertised and just like the pictures. I loved having our own pool. The road by the pool is a bit busy, but it’s a very short walk to the beach, just a minute. There are lots of things within walking distance as well. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place!!!

Excellent stay and almost a 5 star

Overall I would highly recommend and we enjoyed our stay!! Well stocked, clean and great communication from owners/management. Very small things like one stove burner not working, fridge water filter needed replaced, small spot of mold under one shower head, a few light bulbs out and Keurig in kitchenette did not work. Landscaping around pool needs work to make a 5. It may have been wild flowers but appeared more to be weeds around pool area and weeds growing through cracks. I recommend doing rocks if not going to maintain. Basketball goal got lots of use, 2 living rooms a plus with large group and kitchenette area with second fridge. Trash and sand blew in from street to pool but not sure how you prevent this but we cleaned pull in addition to pool guys who came and cleaned. Again these are all minor. Also Bev was awesome! We left some items behind and she mailed to us.

North Myrtle Beach

The house is fairly new and has a wonderful location and great beach access as it is just across the street from the beach. It also has a pool that is unheated that we did not use but am sure it would be great in the summer with kids and family. We were 4 not so young couples who came to Myrtle Beach to golf and enjoy the location for an 7 night visit. Our host was somewhat communicative but took a bit to respond to questions. The house was poorly stocked as it was a 4 bedroom 4 bath house that we rented For 7 nights for 4 couples nd we all flew in from AZ. Only one kitchen towel, one cut 1/4 size sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 garbage bags, 3 oz of dish soap, no hand soap in anywhere, toilet paper on roll as well as paper towel on the roll. The silverware, Corelle dishes and glasses were plentiful but we had to buy aluminum foil 8”x12” pans to cook several dishes as well as a lot of supply goods plus spices like salt and pepper etc.I have rented a lot of VRBO’s and this was the most sparsely equipped place I have ever rented. If someone is driving there with all of their supplies it is probably just fine. The house and location are wonderful if you want great access to the ocean and a great beach

I was very disappointed in the fact that the property was not clean. The walls going up to the second floor was very dirty, the carpet on the steps was horrible dirty, the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black we went and bought slippers and socks to wear in the house. The kitchen was not very equipped. I would have thought they would have been more gadgets, such as plasticware to store food that was not eaten, there was one blender, one toaster there was no iron no ironing board the first day we got there the toilet in the lower level overflowed, and my husband had to clean up the mess and plunge the toilet . I was just very disappointed overall for the amount of money we should have been able to live as we did as home in my opinion I have rented other units in other states and never had to worry about the dirt or what I was going to cook in, etc. The sheets had sand on them my adult, children and grandchildren slept on top of the comforters with their own blanket. The sliding doors would not slide easily. I contacted the owner. Somebody came out, tried to adjust them, but told us that they are not maintained as they should be, and it was the best that he could do.
