Fun beach trip!

We had a great stay. Plantation is a fantastic resort with lots to do. It's off the beaten path but close enough to the fun when you want to venture out. Communication with the property management group was quick and they were helpful. The unit is a little older but overall a great stay. We were happy and had a great vacation!

Nice view of the ocean! Beds were comfy,nice to have a recliner! Under chairs were dirty and the carpet outside in the hall was dirty , but overall would stay in the condo again!

Cute, clean and comfy condo at great resort!

We have stayed at this resort before and we love it! It's a 15 minute drive off of Gulf Shores Parkway - not bad at all. We like the quiet and family friendly atmosphere. The resort is beautiful. Lots to do. Several pools on property, tennis, pickleball, basketball. We even saw a little putting green. We sat on the swing by the pool at night and listen to the waves. The unit was very clean and just what we needed. It's a short walk to the pool closest to this building. Then walk down the boardwalk to the beach. So nice. Working with the property manager Jackie was great. Very easy check-in (basically just drive in and check in at guard station and then just drive off property when leave). We ate breakfast at Sassy Bass on property - so good. This was a short trip but we will be back when we can stay longer!

This was our second stay at at this resort. We like the pools and the beach is beautiful. The indoor pool was a nice bonus for rainy days.

Quiet and comfortable

Property has everything needed, being away from the main part of Gulf Shores makes it very peaceful. boardwalk to the beach makes taking any gear easy, pool is large and clean. AC in room is excellent.

Quick Beach Trip before Back to School

The condo met the needs of our group. We enjoyed access to Sassy Bass and the beach. The condo was clean and stocked well.

Great Condo

Great condo in a great location. Beach is wonderful and so is the pool. Nice view from the balcony as well. The only negative I can say is we could find any sheets for the couch bed so not sure if there was any there. That would have been a plus if we could have found them. Other than that it was great. It’s our second year in a row staying in that same condo.

Very noisy! If you don’t mind hearing kids running down the hallways and above you, stay here. The condo itself was nice. The view of the beach was nice if you can get past the overflowing dumpsters in the parking lot. The beach was nice. Whoever checks and cleans up at night or in the mornings must have just overlooked the fact that there was a canopy tent there that didn’t move the whole entire time we were there. It looked abandoned, half torn up. The trash cans on the beach stayed full all the time. We will not be returning to this so called resort. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else. We visit this area at least 3 times a year. We will stay elsewhere.

Had a great time

There were 5 of us, 4 adults & our 17 year old. We had plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company, plenty of sleeping space & the table was great for games. We had easy access to the beach & the pools. Gulf Shores was about 13 miles away with plenty of dining options & Rouses grocery store.

Great place to take young family. Not crowded, kids loved all the pools. Will be back. Unit pictures are accurate and very close to beach and pool.

Nice condo but overpriced

When we first booked the condo we didn't know what floor we would be on until several days after booking and when I requested an upper level unit i was told none was available. The view wasn't great and the noise here is unbearable at times. It was hard to get a good nights sleep most of the nights we were here. There was not many kitchen utensils to use which made cooking in the condo more challenging. We did enjoy the pool they had and the short walk to the beach. The condo was very nicely decorated. Based on the price and location of the condo we would not stay here again.

Great vacation and excellent room

The room was very clean and nice. Close to the pool and boardwalk. I only have two things I would have added. The room needs some plastic dishes, just a few for children to use and maybe a couple plastic cups and a countertop ice maker World be great since the one in the freezer is quite slow. But they probably don’t have a countertop ice machine so you’ll be more likely to pay 5.50 for a bag of ice. Those were the only two things I’d add to the room. Everything else was just perfect.

Very clean BUT you cannot get a good night's rest

Our condo was very clean upon arrival. However from owning my own condo keeping up with things is important. It appears new updates were done, however the mattress quality in both bedrooms is very poor! You literally fell in a hole in the middle and continued to do so all night! I would've rated our stay higher had it not been for the mattresses. The beach could use a clean up as well since its private, as trash accumulated and was left the entire time we were there. It is a great get away for less traffic and people. Overall we did have a good time and liked the area.

Love this area!

I love this area and always try to find something down on Fort Morgan! It is away from so much of the hustle and bustle that I can relax more and they water is always beautiful! This listing was just as advertised and true to the pictures, it was perfect for what we needed and I would stay here again.
