Very clean and nicely decorated. The location is farthest from the beach but close to the smaller back pool. Parking is easy and really close to the unit. The couch needs to be replaced as the cushions are slipping out and the pots and pans need to be replenished. Overall a good value for the money and comfortable for a family with two little kids.

No complaints. Great 1st floor unit.

Second summer vacation in this area of Fort Morgan. Love the complex, has everything my family needs. This particular unit was very clean and the grounds were well maintained as well. A/C and ceiling fans kept us nice and cool at night. Beach access is a short walk with chair and umbrella rental available which is convenient but a bit pricey. We love to cook and grill. Unit being on 1st floor allowed for easy access to charcoal grills (which the grounds staff cleans everyday!). No complaints…highly recommend!

We love Plantation West. Have stayed in this complex for many years. This condo was clean, ground floor, very close to back complex pool and volleyball court. Included access to indoor pool which not all units do. Communication from prop management was timely and easy to follow check in/out instructions.

We enjoyed staying in this unit as it was close to the pool and just a short walk out to the beach. The unit had anything we needed but I would suggest maybe 1-2 more towels per stay. Each bathroom only had 3 towels each. Definitely would rent again!

Spring break 2025

Very nice accommodations and enjoyed the close proximity to various pools, beach and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive when assisting when we couldn’t figure out the front door lock.

Great Stay!

We’ve been vacationing at Plantation for over 15 years and this is one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in! The beds were so comfortable. The finishes in the condo are modern (nice tile throughout, ceiling fans in each room, large TVs) and the bathrooms are both really nice. The ground level location is very convenient. It’s super close to 2 of the more quiet pools and has close proximity to the western boardwalk to the beach, which sees less traffic than the other boardwalks. The host was great to work with!

I would recommend bringing some towels from home if you are staying for an extended period of time with your family. It was just tough getting towels to dry.

Very nice

Very nice and clean with everything you need for a beach vacation! The property was beautifully landscaped, nice pools and spa. Also has a nice volleyball area on the property and private access to the beach.

Family getaway

Overall, it was a nice condo with nice outdoor pools, hot tubs, and tenos court. The condo had several small things that needed fixed such as the toaster, picture frames that were cracked, etc. These things were all minor, there were just several of them. The host was good at responding when we had questions, which was nice. The condo did feel smaller than the pictures portrayed. It would be perfect for a family of 4 with two small children. It was a bit more crowded since we had 2 teenagers and an 11 year old as well as my husband and myself. Overall, a nice place for the price.

The place was nice and quite. The beach was not over crowded. It would have been nice to have see the ocean from the balcony but it was still a nice place to stay.

Nice place, room too far from beach.

Property was nice. Did not like the location on our room and it was very noisy between the hallway and the guests above us. The condo was smaller than we are ised to, but it was nice. Thought we would have at least have an ocean view but could not see it from our room. The pools were always clean and never overcrowded. The beach was good, however, there were rules about not leaving things on the beach, but that was not enforced. A bunch of tents and beach stuff is not the first thing you want to see in the morning when enjoying God's beauty. The checkin process was easy, but when it is a busy check in day, they need a lane for those already checked in to go through and bypass the line. We had to wait in line on Saturday for 30 minutes to get to our condo. Will consider staying at location again if we get a building/room closer to the ocean.

Two Night Road Trip Stop

Our family of 4 stopped for two nights on our summer road trip. The house was very clean and as advertised. It was a little small but we knew that from the listing. Close to the beach and swimming pool. Cute neighborhood and the beach was great! Only suggestions would be to provide a broom in the unit and maybe better towels.The sand gets everywhere and would have loved to sweep up a few times a day. Probably time to update the bath towels. They were small and pretty worn out. Not very absorbent anymore. I would recommend! Thanks for a great stop

Quick Weekend Getaway

Me, my husband, daughter and son in law went for a quick weekend. We had a really good trip. The weather was wonderful and the condo was exactly as shown. It was clean and the location was great. I had no trouble getting in contact with the host if I had a question before the trip. Will book again when going back to Fort Morgan.

Lovely and Convenient

We had a wonderful time at this property! The unit decor was lovely, and the convenience to the pool, volleyball court, and a grill made for a great trip. I loved that there was a a railing around the porch, with a 2 year old on our trip, it meant that she could not try to escape to the swimming pools. The sliding door lock was relatively easy to lock and unlock, so had my child attempted, she might have been able to unlock and open the door, however she would not have gotten past the railing. I was very impressed that all pool areas have fencing around, not just the baby pool. There was a practicing Blue Angel one of the mornings we were there, and we had a great view of the plane. It was a very easy and pleasant walk to the beach, it might have taken 5 minutes or less to get all the way to the sand from the unit. We ate at the on-site Sassy Bass grill once, and the food was wonderful! We would most certainly come back to this unit in the future!

Would definitely stay again!

First let me say we would absolutely rent this place again! The volleyball court and one of the swimming pools and grill are right outside this unit. There was no furniture at all on the porch/patio area. If there was furniture to sit outside and relax there and watch the kids it would have been perfect. The living room furniture is a little warn (as to be expected with a rental) and some of the photos were off the wall behind the bed?We were notified a couple hours before check in that there was a water leak in guest bath (no fault of their own) but the drywall repairs couldn’t be done before we arrived so a bit of an eyesore- however this place has everything you need. We would absolutely stay here again! Great space for our family.
