Clean and comfy bed, neighborhood was a little sketchy for 2 females. Very minimal extras like coffee/toiletries etc. great communication and smooth check in.

Greatest location for easy walk to front street to good food, shops and bath row! We really enjoyed the historical city and all it had to offer. Can’t wait to revisit.

Location, Location, Location

Easy access to all the things I wanted to do. Sightseeing, hiking, biking and Oaklawn race track. Privacy but also a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood. Walking distance to The Promenade, Bathhouse Row, downtown activities and the water fountains Enjoyed my stay.

We loved our time here while in town for a wedding. The space was perfect for our needs, and the hosts provided local recommendations for us. Lin was kind and communicative throughout. This will be our place to stay when we make it to the area again! Thanks again for everything!

Perfect location for convention or downtown

Cute little duplex that is just blocks away from the convention center and close enough to downtown to walk! Check in was so easy! We had a bit of an issue with the door code, but my text was responded to ASAP- literally no additional waiting! The hosts were very nice and checked with us to make sure all was going well during our stay. We will stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our over night stay! The place had enough room to stretch out our legs, close to great Hot Spring, sites and eatery's. It had a nice size kitchen and coffee area. A very nice and cozy place to stay! Hostess was sweet too!

Just what we needed!

This cute little condo was just what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable space where everyone had room to do their own thing. My wife and I were presenting at the nearby convention center (literally a short 2 block walk). We brought our adult son, who was happy with the sleeper sofa, and nearby walking trails above bathhouse row. Now, if you need the spacious, luxurious bathroom of a high end hotel, stay in one. But we would have needed 2 hotel rooms (or a 2 room suite) to get the privacy we wanted, and we got that for the price of 1 room. And one thing you won't get in any hotel is the responsiveness of the manager/owner. Lin lives 3 doors down. She was out back working on the property a lot. She was always checking on us to make sure we were ok, but she was never a nuisance. When the rare occaision happened that we needed something, (extra towels, etc), she responded immediately. I've traveled extensively in my life, and stayed at some of the best (and worst) hotels. I've never been so well taken care of. Lin treated us like family. I can't recommend this or any of their properties highly enough!
