Property is perfect walking distance to downtown, and some of the trails in the National Park. It was clean and layed out extremely welcoming.

Excellent location for visiting Hot Springs National Park. The apartment was clean, cool, and very welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the small amenities for the dogs. It made the stay feel extra special.

If you want to visit Hot Springs without constantly hunting for parking, this is the place! This delightful space is appointed with everything you need for a quiet home base for your stay. We could walk to the bath houses, and walk up the mountains with the dog. On our long road trip it was great to have a day without needing the car even once! This will be on the top of my list for my next Hot Springs visit!

This is a great little studio vacation rental. The location was great, an easy walk to town, restaurants and shops. We walked from the apartment, into town, up to Goat Rock and the tower and back. Nice trails if you like hiking. The apartment is well kept with everything we needed right there. Full fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, small dishwasher. The decor and vibe are upbeat and fun. We loved the vinyl record player with records (Aretha Franklin Gold!). The TV worked great, the bed was comfy, the AC worked perfectly. We didn’t have our dog with us on this trip but noticed lots of little supplies to make visiting with a dog easier. Check in and communication with the manager could not have been easier. We are so happy we picked this place!

The host really put a lot of thought into this place. It was stocked with all the little things you might forget at home, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect — just a short, easy walk to heart of downtown, and we always felt safe walking to and from. You can tell the host truly cares about the guest experience. Highly recommend!

The communication with the owners were great and the property was prefect for our trip! Since it was right next to bathhouse row we were able to walk to most of our stops. The property was very clean and put together. All the neighbors we saw were very friendly as well. The Air conditioning is nice cold as well. I would 100% recommend this place to other people.

Great Walkability

We loved our stay here, the home is well stocked, immaculate and in a great location to National Park hiking and bathhouse row. I think it would be difficult to have more than three people staying as, the futon is cute but pretty narrow. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would def stay there again !

Best amenities EVER

It’s not big but it’s mighty. We loved our stay here. The decor is absolutely darling and festive in A New Orleans Jazz style. It has everything you can need. They have taken great care in providing all the niceties of a luxury hotel. It’s cute, romantic, cozy and fun. And just a short walk to downtown with lots of great restaurants and fun things to do
They even had a cozy little bed (and toys) for our pup…which he obviously loved.

Wonderful Stay

Super clean and super cute, this one bedroom is my favorite stay so far and it will be my new regular stay for my Hot Springs trip. The bed was memory foam heaven and the fact the couch lays out into another sleeping place is great. Another thing I loved is it was set up fo dog parents, food bowls, dog bed (my dog actually used the couch when it was laid flat - I brought sheet to go over it - the dog bed was more small/medium size), dog treats and a leash hanger with poop bags by the door. I loved they advertised as no restricted weight on the dogs, mine is around 120lbs and better behaved than most dogs. The air conditioner worked really well, so well I actually had to turn it up. Entering and exiting with the code was simple. It’s about a 4 minute walk down a slight hill and you are right at Bathhouse Row Visitors Center. The walkability, plus how cute and comfortable the room is makes it the best deal in Hot Springs!
