Completely rebuilt in January 2026, this beachfront condo features the newest and most extensively renovated interiors at Kite Beach Condos, with high-quality imported finishes and all-new furnishings throughout.
The spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for comfort and relaxation, with partial ocean views and direct access to a private garden patio with outdoor dining. The modern kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer, gas range, large island, and hot and cold water dispenser.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to five guests (six max) across two ensuite bedrooms, each with individual air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, 50 inch smart TV. The oversized second bedroom includes a queen bed, lounge area, sofa sleeper, and 65-inch Samsung TV, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment as well as in the pool and beachfront deck areas, making the condo suitable for remote work stays. A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit for guest convenience.
Located directly on world-famous Kite Beach, the property offers immediate access to one of the Caribbean’s premier kiteboarding launch areas. Guests enjoy use of the beachfront pool, restaurant, and bar within this safe, friendly, and social community. Complimentary kite gear is available for guest use.
