Located just down the road from the famous Walker Point, the former U.S. President's family vacation home. You're just 1 mile to downtown Kennebunkport and Dock Square.

From this wonderful home you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of a true waterfront home on New England's famous coast!

After a day of swimming and sightseeing, you can enjoy an evening a barbecue on the patio and a campfire with family, friends, and fine wine.

There are dozens of area restaurants, pier bars and cafe's that will charm you, plus shops, antique dealers, bike rentals, and live entertainment that will make for lots of fun and adventure.

This 3000 sq ft home features 4 bedrooms and a bunk room/den. (8 beds total and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 14), and 4 baths, plus a wonderful, private outdoor shower.

Sea View Cottage features historic wide-plank wood flooring, 2 indoor wood fireplaces, a large seating island kitchen with granite counters, and a dining room with a fireplace.

The custom slate patio has its own outdoor fireplace, lots of dining space and a large barbecue gas grill. Off the patio is an outdoor wood fireplace and a large fire pit overlooking Seaward Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. There's even a playhouse for the kids.

Any time, except for extreme low-tide, the dock is great for fishing, swimming, paddle boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and happy hours!

The home and grounds are professionally maintained, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests.

There is a Level-2 EV charger coming in June of 2024.

Sleeping Space:

There are 3 master suites: one on the first floor with a king-size bed, one on the second floor with a king-size bed, and another on the second floor with 2 queen-size beds.

There's also another staircase on the other end of the house that leads to a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bed and a sofa bed.

There is also a small, first-floor bunk room and TV.

Welcome All: Please know that we welcome couples, families and groups of all sizes. We even offer off-season discounts for couples and last-minute bookings.

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all parties of 4 or less, and $500 for parties of 5 or greater.

The base rate is for up to 8 guests, but the house easily accommodates up to 12. Rates will adjust accordingly when you enter your dates and number of guests.
