We stayed here for the Prelude weekend and had a wonderful stay. It was a cozy and clean home with plenty of space for us to gather. The hot tub was perfect for our cold weekend. We had everything we needed to cook a meal at home which was great. I was impressed by the small touches for convenience like extra supplies, kids plates/silverware, a dog bed and water bowl, and games.The house is so convenient to downtown Kennebunkport, only a 5 minute drive. Chris was easy to communicate with and always helpful. The check in and out process was seamless. Thank you!

Our group of 6 adults and 1 dog had a fabulous time at Chris's house. We used the firepit and the hot tub, enjoyed eating and grilling outside, played yard games, and appreciated the beach chairs provided. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for cooking our meals as well as extra spices that we hadn't thought to bring. The location was great for us to ride bikes to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and several beaches. Thanks for sharing, we had a wonderful time!

Runcation

Several of our adult children were running the half marathon in Wells and the rest of the family was coming to spectate. It was conveniently located near the race and close to the beach. The house was beautiful and accommodated the whole family-including grandparents. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were sorry rain kept us from using the fire pit. We also had multiple cars since family members were coming from all over and were appreciative of the large driveway. Hope to come back next year and stay longer!

Beautiful Girls Trip to Kennebunk

Quick Family Trip to Kennebunk

The owners were very good with communication, the check-in was easy and the house was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we were there longer.

Perfect for Prelude

We had the most wonderful stay here for Prelude. With 4 adults and 1 infant traveling, we had plenty of room and extra to spare. This home is up to date and clearly well cared for. Many thoughtful touches and obvious attention to detail to ensure everything guests might need during their stay was there. The location was fantastic with close proximity to town. Erica was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would certainly love to return in the future!

Perfect Family Home

The house was perfect for the whole family. They had thought of every little detail. Very clean and roomy. We enjoyed the grill and firepit. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Activities, toys, and games for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone especially families with children.

Nice house in KBP.

Nice house. Clean and well equipped. Host was super responsive. Has hot tub. Only drawback is that it is close to a busy street (Route 9).

Loved our stay!

My friends and I stayed at this house over Prelude weekend and it was perfect. Very close to downtown, clean, spacious, and a well stocked house. The owners were very nice and accommodating as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Family get away

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay! Well stocked and clean kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice window units in the bedrooms with comforting sounding fans. Great for drowning out noise when you have a full house. Great backyard with fire pit. Beautiful area. Close to the beach and Kennebunkport.
