Spacious living room with wall mounted smart tv that opens to the kitchen, with granite countertops and subway tile backsplash, plus eat-in dining area. Large pantry for extra grocery storage and laundry closet conveniently located in the kitchen for your use. The home features 3 bedrooms (each bedroom can sleep 2 people), which share 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Designated desk space in one bedroom for your remote working needs. Newer windows and hardwood flooring throughout the home. Huge back deck with 2 outdoor sitting areas plus fire pit with extra seating and fully fenced in backyard - pets are welcome! Private driveway allows for easy off-street parking.

Perfect quiet place to spend a few days while we were traveling cross country and visiting friends in Indy. The house was fully stocked with everything you would ever need and hosts were extremely communicative and kind throughout the entire reservation process. We would happily stay here again!!!!! PS. Our dog LOVED having a backyard to run and play.

Loved this house! Very quiet neighborhood, close to Broad Ripple and a wide range of restaurants, stores, etc… House was very well taken care of, with all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Newly fenced in backyard, with wonderful deck and furniture. Just a nice place to relax, with plenty of room for a couple or family. Also dog friendly, which was extremely appreciated. The owner was wonderful, communicating quickly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again, next time we’re in Indy.

Great place for small family

Amazing!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The house was extremely clean and smelled so good when we walked in. Communication was also excellent. We had no complaints and definitely would stay here again.

Perfect for extended stay!

We were traveling to visit family over the holidays with two dogs and an 8 month old. The fence and doggy door were perfect for our needs. The bedrooms gave us plenty of space to spread out. Location was central to everything we needed and we felt at home here!

Awesome experience!

Great neighborhood and location! The listing was just as described and enjoyed all of the amenities. We stayed at this location for a month, and it was a great experience. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. The backyard was fenced in and safe for our two dogs.

We had a wonderful stay in a charming, clean, three-bedroom, one-bathroom home located just 9 minutes from Butler University. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dog, and the house had all the essentials for a quick coffee or dinner at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it an ideal spot for attending Butler sports events or shopping at Keystone Mall.

Great little house in an amazing location!

This house was PERFECT for our family! The amenities and supplies included made our stay very easy. The location was great and allowed us to get to most parts of the city in a short amount of time. The hosts were very gracious and communication with them was excellent. We'll be back!

Indy 500 Weekend

Stayed here for the weekend of the Indy 500. Great communication, property was as described and very clean. Snacks and beverages we’re awaiting us upon arrival. Not sure when I’ll make it back to Indianapolis but would definitely stay here again.

Cute Cottage

This cottage offers all that we needed-WiFi internet, some TV with apps available for extended viewing, fenced level yard with a doggie door to house, comfortable beds and sofas, kitchen essentials, washer & dryer, proximity to trail to restaurants in Broad Ripple area in a nice neighborhood, etc. We couldn’t have asked for more from this home. We will return in the spring. We highly recommend this cottage! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Home Away from home!

Cozy and charming home in a lovely neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our adult children and family to enjoy time around the table and relaxation in the living room. Easy access to Meridian Keeseler and Broadripple. Nice place to take a walk. Hosts were very communicative and everything was just the way they said it would be!

Great long weekend stay with our dogs!

Great house with a really nice fenced in backyard with full privacy fence. My little dogs were able to roam around freely- they absolutely loved it! We loved the back patio- lots of seating- was perfect in the morning sunshine & evening relaxing. We took advantage of the walkable neighborhood too. Water pressure in the bathroom was great, beds were comfortable and slept four of us comfortably. Thank you for a great stay!

Visit Indy 500

We came into Indianapolis to visit with family and to go to the Indy 500. My husband and I with adult family members. House was very cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and the newly installed air conditioning was wonderful, considering it was very hot and humid out. Backyard had a sitting area and fire pit which we didn’t use due to the rain but it was a nice set up. Location was perfect for walking to breakfast spots and a few cute restaurants, also very close to downtown . Would recommend and stay again if in Broad Ripple.

Lovely, Peaceful, Well Appointed and Super Clean

Darling little home on a quiet street in South Broad Ripple. Location is less than a mile to The Monon Trail for hiking, biking, walking. Mama Corolla’s charming Italian Restaurant is also less than a mile, along with Good Morning Mamas next door for breakfast. The Fresh Market grocery is probably less than 2 miles along with a variety of restaurants and bars in the same block. The home looks fresh, clean and modern. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced. The queen bed was super comfortable, so much so that I didn’t want to get up. An important feature to me is the AC, which was A++. Adequate seating easily for 6 in the living room with multiple streaming services on the large, flat screen Samsung TV. The outdoor rear deck was delightful with overhead strings of lights for evening gatherings, easily seating 8 or more. Lots of shade from many trees. The house is small but well appointed with every convenience you could need. I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the padded bench at the front door, watching the rabbits and the chipmunks. There was a Keurig Coffee Maker along with coffee pods. The hosts left a little welcoming gift for me in the kitchen, a nice touch. Jim and Erin were always available and quickly responded to any questions I had by text. Super nice people! I was NOT traveling with my dogs this time, but this dog friendly home has a fully fenced backyard that upon inspection I doubt my dachshunds could have squeezed through or under, there was a doggie door inside the rear storm door and I saw zero pet hair in the house. Very clean. This home makes for the perfect weekend get away (or longer) to relax or to participate in the lively nightlife that Broad Ripple is known for. My only suggestion to Jim and Erin would be some nicer skillets in the kitchen. It was a 5⭐️ stay for me!
