Great location for a couples getaway or family vacation! This comfortable walk-in condo is designed for convenience and enjoyment.

Highlights our guests love:
- Easy access with walk-in showers and no stairs,
- Recliners in the family room,
- Smart TVs with cable in the family room and bedrooms,
- Fast, reliable WiFi,
- Well-stocked with dishes, pans, and small appliances,
- Five minute walk to Pointe Royale amenities,
- Indoor and outdoor pools (outdoor pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day), golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, clubhouse with bar/grill and playgrounds for the kids.
- Close to the water, with a partial view of Lake Taneycomo from the deck,
- Walk to private fishing access,
- High chair, pack 'n play, toys for kids, board games for everyone,
- Close to all the Branson and Silver Dollar City attractions, along with Table Rock and Taneycomo lakes.
- One king, one queen, one twin and a sofa bed for sleeping,
- Free, secure boat parking across from the entrance to the Pointe. (Trailers are not allowed in the resort - we will reimburse for boat parking expense),
- Stay & Play golf packages (ask for details),
- Managed directly by the owners - no big property management company to deal with.

The apartment was clean, spacious and freshly remodeled. Great location and comfortable reclining chairs and couch, large kitchen and coffee bar. I loved that it was fully decorated for Christmas.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mark and Susan’s condo. Everything was perfect. This is one of the most comfortable places I’ve ever stayed. You can tell these owners have actually stayed at their property and made sure every convenience is provided.

Great place to stay! Our group of 5 would stay here again. Hard to tell in pix but the rooms were on opposite sides of condo and we had plenty of room and privacy. Pull out couch was great, too, & plenty of room without moving furniture. Master bathroom huge and nice. Spare bathroom great size and was next to Spare bedroom and felt like a 2nd master in some ways. Pretty tree view, too. One of best ones we've stayed at in Branson!

Beautiful very clean property. The home is filled with everything you need & more! It’s very comfortable & great location. The host are great! They actually care about their guests and make sure everything is suitable. We had no problems at all! Easy in & out. Even ordered delivery from the clubhouse grill & it was great! The condo was in a great location with lots of amenities. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved the screened in patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved your condo! The interior was beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully considered. The view was stunning and the location was easily accessible. The amenities made our stay extra comfortable. We especially loved the screened in balcony.
