Newly Updated Modern Home Near Downtown & Airport!

Located only minutes from downtown and the airport, while still only 35 mins from world class skiing in the Cottonwoods or Park City, our home was thoughtfully furnished with guests in mind. Includes a brand new kitchen and gas range and an open style layout giving plenty of space for your group to spread out. Two large living rooms with an optional curtain to separate, blackout curtains in bedrooms, fiber WiFi, PacMan arcade, work space, garage, & backyard w/ playground set, patio, BBQ!

Walking into the house and turning right will bring you into the kitchen with access to the dining area, and the living room that includes the TV and the optional curtain to separate. The backyard and patio are also accessed from here. By turning left when walking into the house you are brought into the other living room with access to the hallway that leads to the bedrooms, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. The king bedroom is at the end of the hall to the left, the queen is at the end of the hall to the right, and the full is the first bedroom on your left. The air mattress is located in the cabinet to the left of the TV.

The entire house is yours to enjoy.
No pets.

No parties or events.

No extra guests.

No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We stayed just two nights at the property but would have loved to stay longer. The house is located just a few minutes from the city. The hosts checked in regularly and were very nice.

We were in town for seminars and this was the perfect location to be close to the airport and the seminar. The house had all the essentials. The host communications before and during our stay was great!

Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay here with fam and kids. The beds were comfortable and we liked how open and connected the kitchen/dining/living areas were. The location was an ideal middleman point for our visits to Snowbasin and the LCC. We appreciated the little touches and amenities provided. Super responsive host. We’ll be back!

Nice house, great central location

This house is located in a quiet community with easy access to the freeway, downtown, airport, and a nice walking trail along the river. The main living room had a large comfortable couch that seated 5 of us easily. The highlight for all of us was the arcade game- the older adults all relived our Atari days and the younger adults enjoyed trying to beat our high scores! The kitchen was nice and had most things we needed (there were no storage containers for leftovers, minor, but a bit inconvenient). The stove top and ovens were great and the fridge was nice, however the ice maker was broken and the water filter needed replaced- it beeped constantly when we were getting water. The owner responded quickly and got us ice trays, but nothing to be done about the filter beeping and we couldn’t get it to silence. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. It’s an older house with some quirks, but we would stay here again.

Comfortable home with everything we needed

The home is in a quiet and mature neighborhood with grass and large trees. We felt very safe walking around and exploring in the evenings. The house has been beautifully remolded and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private backyard, gas grill and covered patio. The freeway and grocery store are nearby. Downtown salt lake is about a 10 minute drive.

Don’t touch the curtains.

I want to first start off by saying that this place was great. It was comfortable and loved that it was kid friendly. The only feedback/warning I have is to be carful of items on the wall. This house was obviously renovated and when the curtains were hung… anchors were not used (bedrooms, living room, etc…). The ice machine in the fridge was also broken, so that was a bummer too. All in all though, the house had everything we needed and it was in the exact location that we needed to be in as well.

Concert stay

Property was great for our weekend stay. We were attending a concert at University of Utah and it was about 20 minutes away. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

House layout is great Amazing hot water Quiet neighborhood Easy access to freeway and downtown Video game was a big hit! This house feels like a home

Spacious, well appointed (towels, hot water, cooking gadgets, dishes, plenty of seats at the table/on the sofas, places to set/store things, mirrors to get ready with, etc.) and nice, updated decor and furniture, with just a bit of rustic, old charm. Will definitely stay here again.

I needed to book a place for a last minute funeral for my family. This home was exactly what I needed. close to the airport, clean and surprisingly large. I would definitely consider booking this location again.

Perfect Location for Volleyball Tournament

The house was great and met all of our needs. The communication was fantastic, the description was accurate and it was a nice comfortable place to stay while my son played volleyball at the Utah Athletic Center.
