Designer finishes make the home as comfortable as it is cool. Two decks & balcony totaling 1000+ sq ft create seamless indoor-outdoor living. We are located right before the congestion of the main Hochatown traffic and just outside the limits of the newly added city taxes. What this means to you is that not only can you avoid having to sit in horrible traffic when you came to relax but you also save by not having to pay extra taxes! We also offer EV charging with a Chargepoint J1772.

THE SPACE
California Dreaming is the dreamiest place to stay in Broken Bow! It's "off the beaten path" of a typical Broken Bow experience. Guests will enjoy being surrounded by nature, while still only a quick drive to Broken Bow Lake, restaurants, and other area attractions.

27 ft floor-to-ceiling window view opens to a 900 sq ft western deck, 2 conversation pits surrounding fireplace + TV, covered northern deck features fireplace + Nordic hot tub, views of rock + crystal garden that leads to fire pit nestled in the woods.

Master Suites (2): king beds, closets, full ensuite bathrooms with sleek walk-in showers + vintage soaking tubs. Upstairs Loft Bedroom: 2 sets of custom made bunk beds, plus 1 bunk in the loft space (bunks sleep 6 total), full bathroom. All 3 bathrooms styled with handmade geometric concrete tile.

HANG
Spiral staircase leads to airy loft, gathering space around TV, Xbox, Foosball, Arcade machine, extra flex space, bunk room, full bathroom, southern-facing balcony with hanging hammock chairs.

ESCAPE
Decks total 1000+ sq ft of treetop level views. West Deck: opens to living room, gas fire table with lava rocks, chaise loungers, long dining table (seats 10), gas grill, open view to the starry skies + glow of the string lights. North Deck (covered): gas fireplace, Nordic hot tub, cozy loveseat and chairs, view of rock + crystal garden, pathway leads from north deck to fire pit surrounded by trees in the woods, lit by string lights. South Balcony: Intimate seating for 2 on hammock swings, perfect sunrise views.

NOTES
California Dreaming has exterior cameras located at the front and rear entrance that are monitored for security purposes only. The indoor fireplace is turned off from June 1st through October 1st and will not be available for guests. This property is NOT pet friendly.

You will see a small "Management Fee" when you complete your booking, but this label can be misleading because it goes directly toward insurance to cover your stay. This insurance protects you for up to $10,000 in content damage and $100,000 in structural damage to the cabin. Minor or Major accidental damage during your stay? No worries! Just let us know and we'll take care of the entire claims process so that you don't have to think about it for a single second.

Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will access the cabin using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.

This property is in Woodland Hills, an exclusive development west of Broken Bow which lends itself to more privacy with larger lots surrounded by pines and hardwoods.
We are located down a 4 mile dirt road that is well maintained and drivable in a sedan type car.

A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests prior to their stay. It will include check in/out details, driving directions, a detailed cabin manual, area resturants + activities, and more!
