Sunrise Oasis your Western Oasis in the Desert

Sunrise Oasis is located in beautiful Fountain Hills. The oasis style backyard features an amazing pool and patio that faces east, perfect for the glorious sunrise over four peaks mountains. Inside you will find a southwestern themed open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room. The home offers a split floorplan with spacious master bedroom and adjoining master bath. The two additional bedrooms offer a cozy space for your guests. Lastly, a private office for those working remotely.

The home is perfect for a families, couples or group of four golfers. The western style decor makes for a one of a kind southwest experience which features several unique art pieces. Note: the pool is not heated and pool temperatures are dependent on local weather conditions.

Host is local on Fountain Hills and available for any questions or concerns.

Quiet neighborhood in Fountain Hills near Scottsdale. A couple minutes to fountain park with one of the worlds tallest water fountain. Fountain Park also has great walking trails, picnic areas, playgrounds and a disc golf course. Some of the areas best golf courses within a few minute drive include Wekopa, Eagle Mountain, SunRidge Canyon and many others in Scottsdale.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 32 nights. The house was wonderful and very well stocked. We loved our outdoor time on the covered patio and on the sunny pool deck. We also enjoyed watching the quail and listening to the Mocking bird sing non stop.

Can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. From the decor to the little touches and homey feel, everything was wonderful. It truly felt like a home away from home and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and location. Fountain Hills is a wonderful community. Nice hiking trails within walking distance to the home. Breathtaking scenery from the patio and pool area. I recommend this property.

Great family house

This house was roomy and well decorated with every amenity you could ask for. The pool was not heated (which we knew) but it was great for dipping your legs after a long hike. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and silverware and coffee pods. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with fantastic views of the mountains. Communication with Joel couldn't have been better! Would highly recommend!

Week long stay in late February

This 2200 sf home located in a quiet culdesac was just as advertised. Clean, well stocked kitchen, large main suite and nice large backyard with barbeque, gas table, and with a great sunrise. One downside is that the pool is not heated. Can be in downtown in about five minutes. We would do again.

Great, well appointed house

My wife, my parents, my sister and my nephew enjoyed our three-night stay while in the area for a trail running event in the nearby McDowell Mountain Regional Park. Communication with the owner was nice and easy, off-street parking was plenty, check-in was a breeze and the house is very comfortable and well-appointed. Unseasonably warm temps made the pool a highlight. The poolside/back patio area was wonderful to relax at with shaded/covered patio furniture and a propane fireplace to sit by. Beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. We cooked our own meals and found everything we needed from utensils to basic spices to dinnerware. The check-out instructions were clear and not overly onerous like some places we've stayed. If we vacation to the area again, we'd certainly stay again. Thanks!

Sunrise Oasis - a definite hit and 5 Star home!

This home was a fantastic retreat for family visiting for a wedding. The layout was perfect. Huge sized rooms. Well appointed and supplied. Great decor and arrangements. Supplied with materials needed (that we didn’t know we needed until family arrived). Beautiful outdoor area and super views. Too cool to swim but the pool was beautiful too. The owner was very responsive. This home is a definite recommendation for others. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Great layout and decor. Very very comfortable. Well done to Joel!

Perfect Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The host thought of everything we could need. Coffee, blankets, games, tp, fully stocked kitchen, even an extra light bulb when one went out. There was plenty of space for us to hang out inside and outside. Too cool for the pool being November, but the fire table was a great touch to sit around in the evenings and for sunrises! The location was perfect-mountain views and a three minute drive to grocery stores and downtown Fountain Hills with a park and shops. We could drive to downtown Phoenix or hiking. The host was easy to communicate with, but we didn’t really need anything. Our daughter goes to school her and we will be back.

Clean, convenient, comfy

The house is very livable with a large common room connecting kitchen, family room and dining area—great for talking or playing with your group. Large back yard is nicely landscaped with a sparkling pool (too cold in November but very tempting.) smooth chex-in and check out experiences.

Comfortable Home

The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Nice southwest decor gave us a cozy atmosphere to enjoy our mom/daughter trip. We slept well in the comfortable beds, and enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the private backyard. Fountain Hills has the best views!
