Take in dramatic, 180-degree views from Red Rock to the McDowell Mountains from the yard of this spacious and very inviting home. With its refreshing pool and heating capabilities, and oasis backyard, you'll have plenty of activities here to keep you and your crew entertained. Venture out a bit to visit Butterfly Wonderland, the Grayhawk Golf Club, and the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, all within 20 miles of your door.

Inside, the open floorplan includes a large, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table and chairs, a primary dining area with an additional table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with a vaulted ceiling and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

Outdoors, fire up the gas grill to spice up that home-cooked menu and dine alfresco together on the shaded and furnished patio. This space also offers additional seating areas for morning coffee or evening cocktails as well as a private pool, and the star of the show - the unobstructed view.

Additional amenities include cooling central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. The only issue we had was the kitchenware was a little dirty, and some of it should probably be replaced. We were here for 3 weeks so we ended up buying our own cookware since we cook often.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The description of the home does state there is a king bed. The bed in the primary bedroom odds definitely NOT a king.

Beautiful views and home

Great neighborhood, loved patio ample seating, so quiet, great view of city and hills. Big, well stocked kitchen. Neighborhood is is upscale taking a walk would be very safe! There is an Amazing Greek restaurant facing the fountains in Fountain Hills. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Arizona Retreat

We spent January and February of 2024 there. We loved everything about it. The pictures of the property on the Vacasa website are truly accurate. The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. The absolute best part was the view from the backyard. We loved sitting by the pool enjoying the panoramic vista. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. In fact we already booked it for next year.

The house and the views were amazing. The only negative thing was during booking and before arriving we were not made aware of heating the pool. We would have paid additional for that but never saw an option for that service. So unfortunately we were not able to use the pool for the week that we were there.

Perfect Arizona vacation place

We loved this home, it had everything we needed and was just about as perfect as you could ask for. If we had any negative thing it would be that there is a little step from the front entry hall and bedrooms down into the living room and you can't see the step and you jar your spine walking off that step until you learn your lesson. I'd recommend putting tiny little lights there so guests can see that step before someone gets seriously injured from that.

I really lucked out with this place. It’s located in Fountain Hills, a quiet town 30 minutes from the busy city. I wanted something with a view and private for me to recover after surgery and this was more perfect than I realized. It’s all one floor which was great for me to walk around and keep mobile. Big shaded area in the yard so I could still enjoy outside. Big walk in shower. And I hit the jackpot when I realized the bed was adjustable! Some of the dishes were a bit dirty but definitely not a deal breaker. And the ice machine likes to clog if you don’t use it regularly but that’s an easy fix. I would highly recommend this place especially if you’re getting surgery at the Mayo Clinic, it’s 30 minutes from there and not a bad drive. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Location, but Management and Maintenance Fell Short

The location of the house was great, and the home itself was clean and mostly well-kept. However, we did experience several issues during our stay that impacted the overall experience.The dining room was missing a chair, and while the property manager was responsive, he didn’t have the authority to resolve many of the problems without involving the owner—so unfortunately, some things remained unresolved. For example, the TV needed an update in order to use the apps, but it never got fixed during our stay.One of the more unpleasant surprises was discovering a rat in the pool. The property manager had to contact the owner to arrange removal, and we were told it could take a couple of days. In the meantime, we were left to deal with it ourselves.We had opted to pay the extra fee to heat the pool for two days, but were told the old heating system required 3 days to warm up. Even after explaining we only wanted it for two days, they declined to turn it on.In terms of supplies, we ran out of toilet paper and were asked to buy more ourselves (with reimbursement offered). The two propane tanks for the grill were also empty, and again, we had to go out and fill them. While we were reimbursed, it was disappointing to be running errands and solving maintenance problems during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation—especially given the higher fees for the rental.Overall, while the house and location had potential, the lack of on-site support and the expectation that guest

Would definitely rent again! Loved it!

First time renting thru VRBO. Very pleased that the rental was exactly as shown in the pics. We loved the place! Extremely clean home had everything we needed. The view of the mountains from the pool area is amazing. VERY quiet neighborhood (A few barking dogs next door, but never barking for too long or too loud). There were just 2 of us and we ate out every night. We did very little cooking (lite breakfast & some lunches). Kitchen stocked well "for us". I think if you had more people & wanted to cook meals, you might not find everything you need. There were a few skillets and a couple small pots but no large pots or 13 x 9 pans, etc. This didn't matter for us as I said. Our trip was to do some hiking, then lay by the pool & relax. As in the pics, there are 2 chaise lounges. So again, if you are more than 2 people & you all want a chaise lounge...keep that in mind. Pool was perfect and clean. Had a little trouble getting in the house. We were given a code to the lockbox which was "on the front door" except this house also has an iron security door and that was locked. So, we couldn't get to the lockbox. There was a second lockbox which we could get to. Contacting Vacasa, the management company was not as easy as I thought it should be. I emailed a few times long before the trip with questions, but it took a long time to get an answer. They said they had lots of emails and the best way to reach them was to call. When you call, you get a list of options and when you click the number you want it never transfers to anyone. You just get the recording over and over again. A recorded message says if you want faster service, they can convert your call to a text, and someone will text you back. So that's what we had to do to finally get the code to the second lock box. It wasn't that big a deal and as I said, was our first time renting through VRBO, so maybe this is normal. Just thought I should mention it. Overall, that did not have an effect on our experience. I would definitely rent this place again. Close to hiking, Fountain Park and Scottsdale.
