Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Seattle. There is also a dedicated parking space available.

Home was exactly as described. Very very close to the airport -- we could have walked! Check-in and access was smooth. Wifi was reliable. Parking for one car on site and close to bus stops and light rail.

Great stay

Great stay for first time visit to Seattle. Close enough to downtown, but away from the crowds.

Very clean and had every thing we needed. Enjoyed having the washer/dryer since directly coming from an extended vacation. Contacted owner prior to stay if the unit had a hairdryer, quick response, it did. We spent every meal out, so didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, but it seemed to have everything.

Excellent stay

The house provided the space our family needed. We stayed for several days while we visited National Parks and Seattle attractions. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made this house a good fit for our needs.

Great stay, convenient location.

The property worked perfect four our blended group of 4 adults. Comfortable space, clean and great location to everything you need/want. The airport is very close so it was a bit loud in the morning, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We would stay again!

Beautiful little house!

The house was well taken care of and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great time for our 4 days in Seattle. The host was very responsive - especially when we stupidly locked ourselves out.

Cozy plus 2 of the 3 bedrooms having ensuites

The house has a great location with easy access to so many day trips by tram or freeway. Great local parks and restaurants nearby if staying in SeaTac itself. We we loved that it was clean and quiet. Ensuites helped keep nighttime foot traffic to a minimum. Definitely would stay there again.

Comfortable, clean and homey

Stayed here as a homemade for the Blue Jay Games in Seattle. Family very comfortable and easy access to and from downtown. Property is well equipped thanks a lot!

Washington with the grandkids

The location was great as we flew into SeaTac later in the evening so we weren't far away. Great location for a day trip by rail to Seattle and for a day trip to Mount Rainier. Host answered all of my questions in advance to make the stay go smoothly. It met all our needs before we drove north to visit family.

Fantastic stay

Nenita was an excellent host. The property was very clean and nicely remodeled. It had all the ameninities we needed that made our stay very comfortable. An unexpected bonus was AC in the living room and two of the bedrooms which worked very well.

Enjoying Seattle before Alaska Cruise

Wonderful stay close to airport but a quiet neighborhood. On a busy street but not noticeable. Owner quick response to TP need and met owner who was lovely.

Great stay in a very convenient location. The house was well suited for our family with adult kids and their significant others. Close to light railso we could get up to Seattle with out worrying about parking. Only drawback was the other people in the house. Did not realize that it was a shared house from the description. We could here them in the back and we cut down on the family time so we were quiter at night.Would definitely stay again just with slightly different expectations.

It's only excessively loud party level type noise that possibly might be an issue. There was no need for you to have cut down on your family time, but we do appreciate the courtesy that you have shown. It reflects how great of a guest you were. Seattle Trip with exchange students

The property and host were great. Very clean property. Only downside, which could happen anywhere was gas was stolen and our truck couldn't start without refueling.

Location is Convenient

The instructions provided were very detailed and the location was convenient for the different venues we used. The house was very clean and had all of the accessories needed in the kitchen. The parking was big enough to fit two compact cars with additional parking not too far.

Lovely House

From start to finish, we enjoyed ourselves. There is only 1 tv which allowed us to disconnect and focus on the reason we were there and that was to enjoy the city. The host was quick on responding to us if we had questions, which was very refreshing. The house was very roomy.

Great Place

This rental is well maintained and has a well thought-out design with a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. We felt much at home and appreciated the convenient access to the SEATAC airport. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any questions or issues. FYI - The house is on a busy uphill street and the driveway entrance is a little hard to see and turn into, but it is adequately wide for a mid-size car.
