Beautful place, yard & location. Its like a perfect little peaceful escape, somehow smack in the middle of everything convenient. Hosts are wonderful and easy to chat with as well.

Great place located 5 minutes away from the mall (with some great Asian restaurants) with easy access to the highways to east and west Seattle.It's located at the end of a dead end road with minimal traffic and felt very safe.All amenities were taken care of and the property owner was very quick to respond to messages. It is the first place I stayed at that actually had enough towels.The yard is a good size for dogs.There is a great view of Mount Rainier less than a block away.

Great home base for Seattle area

Clean house with great amenities for multiple families. Great location for visiting greater Seattle area. Easy access to grocery, freeways and parks.

Hilltop Hangout

This fully equipped 2 bdrm 1 bath getaway was great. It's super spacious and comfortable. Our 9 yr old slept on the sectional and his teenage sister was really happy to have her own room. My husband has mobility issues and so everything being on ground level was a huge plus for us, including step in shower with 6 inch lip. The location is ideal as a homebase for daytime excursions. Neighborhood is quiet. This experience makes us more inclined to try VRBO in the future.

Family meetup

Long weekend for wedding in Seattle. Great property with plenty of room. 2 living spaces plus outdoor areas to hang out and great kitchen. Very clean. Super responsive host. Easy access to I5 and close to airport.

Quiet Neighborhood and still Close to Shopping and Sight Seeing

This was a great place for families. There are 2 community gathering places so adults can be in one area and the children can be in another. It has a great backyard and plenty of birds and saw a rabbit. There is a firehouse right next to the house and never heard them coming and going. Great place if your kids like to watch the fire engines. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Comfortable

This place was a perfect fit for our family of 9 (including an infant). The place is in a great location, if you prefer a quiet neighborhood. Even though your right behind a Fire Station, the noise level was very nice. No problems. I would definitely book this place in future.

Excellent property

The house was great for my sister who is in a wheel chair full time. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table and the owner was very simple to communicate with and very fast to respond to messages. Neighborhood was quiet, clean and easy to find. We saw the bunny one day, the fire trucks several times and enjoyed being able to see the planes coming in.

Wonderful 11/10 experience. Super easy self check-in. Super great communication from the hosts. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Super cozy beds, lots of kitchenwares and linens and a big TV ready for streaming. My personal favorite aspect, was the location. It is literally 3-7 minutes away from EVERYTHING. Yet still in a quiet, private neighborhood. My family's favorite part however, was the big fenced in yard; our dogs were pretty much in paradise, and loved watching the periodic firetrucks on the other side of the fence.We stayed an EXTRA long time, with multiple extensions and the hosts were SO gracious and flexible and most of all KIND. I cannot express how much that meant to me. I've stayed at rentals where it felt mostly like an easy money grab; bare minimal attention to comfort or details and just shuffling guests in and out like clockwork. This place is NOT that. It feels like a genuine home and I am very grateful I chose to stay here.

The only issue we had was our 90 year old parents were with us and they couldn’t utilize the downstairs area safely as no railing for them to hold onto when going down to the lower level. They also had to use the upstairs shower and no safety grab bar for getting in and out of the bathtub/shower. We thought it would of been nice to have a BBQ. Overall this house fit our needs and was very nice and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

Family Fun Center is within a 5-minute drive. Top Golf located in Renton, is 10 minutes away.

Fully Furnished 1180sq ft. Lots of parking space available, 65 Inch Flat Screen Smart Tv's. Keurig and Coffee provided. Outdoor patio seating.
