Jamaica Bay Building B 407 is a contemporary condominium located on the bayside. This 4th floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the bay and the pool. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days, a week, or several weeks. This unit is quiet and perfect for families to create lasting beach memories. 407 is one of the most updated condo units in the building.
Great location on 33rd street and walkable to the beach, boardwalk, Jolly Rogers, shops, and mini market for groceries. Restaurants and bars are also nearby. Quiet fishing/crabbing pier near/behind the condo. A Charter and water sport rental company is also nearby.
The condo is one of the best units that you will ever stay in! Beach theme and contemporary style living brings this condo to life. The living room is furnished with a comfy couch that doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors provide plenty of natural light to brighten the space, and in the evenings you can sit on the furnished balcony and watch the sunset. Next to the living area is the fully-stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a wide counter top with chairs. Great space to cook or grab a quick bite to eat from one of the many restaurants nearby.
Jamaica Bay Building B 407 has the following amenities: Wifi, central air conditioning, one parking space, two Smart TVs, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove, and a dishwasher.
The bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a Smart TV so you can stream any of your favorite apps: HBO Max, Fubo TV, Disney, Netflix and many more. Please note that you will need to log into your own account to access the apps. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway.

Side street parking is also available on 32nd and 33rd streets for additional free parking.
This property does not allow pets or smoking and we only rent to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
