Welcome to our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath bayside condo conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City, MD. We have updated our home with everything you should expect for an enjoyable vacation. The highly desirable Bradley on the Bay complex is located right next to Ocean City's Convention Center and 2 blocks away from one of the best beaches on the east coast. Our condo has views of the bay from our large ground floor deck where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. Relax in our bay-side outdoor community pool and enjoy a truly enjoyable vacation.
Our ideal mid-town location is within close distance to many great restaurants, shops, and activities including Seacrets, Coconuts Beach Bar, Dumser's Dairyland, Jolly Rogers, Shottie's Point, Barn 34, many more.

3. There is no smoking or vaping in the condo
4. Per condo rules no pets are allowed for renters
5. Please obey the condo rules and be considerate of others
6. This is our 2nd home and not just a rental. Please treat our home with respect as it was your own

Condo was updated and clean. Kitchen was well appointed with new appliances. Property was nice, people were friendly. Had a nice sitting area behind condo units to sit and enjoy docks and bay. The condo was conveniently located a few blocks to access the boardwalk, which we enjoyed walking on. To access the inlet area, we used Uber and there were plenty of rides available. You could walk to the Convention Center and the beach. There was a convenient grocery store/market to walk to which had everything.

Carl was an excellent host - great communication to ensure we had a good trip. The location is conveniently located close to the beach and the pool was also super close and well maintained making it a great hit. The bedrooms were a bit small for us only because we have a 10 month old and two year old so we squeezed a pack and play into both of them but otherwise wouldn't have been an issue. With a crawling 10 month old the floors could have been cleaner but I think you'd find that in most rentals and not something we would have noticed if it weren't for the crawler. Carl did kindly offer to have them recleaned too.

Great spot for my family

The condo was a lovely and spacious place for my family and me, in a great location! Carl was extremely communicative and answered my questions promptly. It was a bit confusing finding the place, as it is a “D” building with a different condo’s “D” building right behind it, but otherwise it was an awesome location. Thanks for sharing your second home!

We had the best trip so far staying at this great condo! Everything was as shown, great location. We enjoyed the pool some, sat out by the bay for sunsets some nights (in the property) my kids enjoyed playing the games Carl has on site each night and having thier own bathroom to themselves. We can’t wait to book again! Carl was a great host and while we did not need much, when I had a question, he was very prompt and helpful when needed. Thanks to Carl for helping us create new family traditions!

We really enjoy the stay. The only downside was no sheets on the bed and pillow cases and the Kitchen floor was dirty. Besides that we really enjoy and the neighbors next door where really friendly to us.

The condo was everything I had hoped for and more! The owner was incredibly accommodating with requests. Blankets and pillows were available, but we had to provide sheets and towels. However, that was not an issue for us. Situated right on the bay with a beautiful view and short walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo in the next time. We plan a trip to OCMD would look for availability at this particular location again!

Extremely well satisfied 10 out of 10

The location and ease of access to it was great. It's location to the whole ocean city attractions and these of using the transit system being located at this location let me park when I arrived and not move my vehicle until we left. Owner showed extreme interest and care in making sure if there were any issues when we arrived which showed the owners concern for his clients which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely rent again and refer my friends to use this rental!

Nice for the price

Our stay was good with the exception of some things not being clean. Also at one point, the numbers on the door were removed which was odd and a bit disorienting.

Wonderful Beach Home

This was a wonderful two-bedroom, ground floor condo. It was right on the water with a small pier. We loved that it was super clean and close to some nice restaurants. Communication with the owners was wonderful!

Wonderful Place!

I can’t say enough good things about this place!The condo had everything we needed, was super comfy, clean, tidy, and well taken care of. We loved walking in to a fresh/clean-smelling vacation home. My mistake

This is the first time that I ever used Vrbo and was hoping that I was getting taken for my money. I stayed in another building last year and was somewhat expecting the same. I also need to read the full package. It was my mistake not seeing about the linen and towels.
