Northtown mall is only 1.4 miles away. Many popular restaurants, coffee shops, bars, stores are within 3 miles of the home. Plenty of parking in the street and also a long driveway that fits 3 vehicles. Free Wifi. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Enjoy your time in this wonderful one level cottage.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodations are simple but everything you could need is there! The hotub was absolutely wonderful! So nice to sit in the warm water and enjoy the cool and beautiful outdoors in Washington!

Silverwood Fun

We had an incredible stay. The house was perfect in size since we spent all of our time in silverwood really only used it to sleep. Communicating with property management was super easy and made sure to make our stay lovely. Would definitely stay again or recommend this property to someone else.

Nice place, couple things would make it great

Nice little house in an average neighborhood. First the good. Nice appliances; fridge, dishwasher, stove, air conditioners. The house was clean and not overly decorated. It felt like a home, it was nice. The not so good. Blinds in the living room won't open properly. In the bathroom, the towel rack was not properly tensioned to the bracket. Many of the lightbulbs in the house are older and not LED warming up the area they're in(mitigating the air conditioner) and are a dull yellowish in color. The beds are almost like laying on the floor, we mostly slept on the sofas that we really comfortable. The oddest request from the person providing the house was that, even though this is listed as a pet friendly home, we keep our pet off of the furniture (sofas and beds). While I understand the request, it is an unrealistic one.

Just stayed a night

We came into town for a family gathering. We just needed a place to sleep after before we drove back the next day. The beds were very uncomfortable. The cleaning closet door knob was locked but our litttle one pulled it open. Realizing the door didn't even latch. Watch little ones because there are some chemicals in there. The back sliding door wouldn't lock either. Quick stay so it served the purpose.

Good stay!

This house was great for us for our 4 day stay in Spokane. We had 6 adults stay in the house and it was comfortable. We took the fouton room which was small, but worked. Family said beds were comfortable. The house could use a bit of maintenance, the towel rack was falling off and the blinds were also breaking. Fridge didn’t keep food very cold but those are just minor things. We blew a fuse in the house and the owner was quick to help. Definitely need more mirrors, especially in the bedrooms. 1 mirror was hard for 6 adults. Overall happy with our stay.

Odd experience

Everything was great besides hearing a cell phone ring from what seemed like the ceiling throughout the first night. It was very uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. In the morning we started digging through a cleaning closet and found it, tied up in a doggie bag stuffed into a ziplock bag box. It was so odd. I contacted VRBO and the person responded telling us that it was a previous guests and should have been shut off and to just shut it off again. It couldn't be shut off because it was protected with a code, you had to do a specific pattern to shut it off so it was never previously shut off either. When I told the person this, it took them awhile to respond and we had plans so we left. They then told us to put it in the mailbox and someone would pick it up but by the time we got back we didn't feel comfortable doing that so we just dealt with it. The next day we were walking out the door at 10:58 and the cleaning person was already banging on the door, it got us flustered, and we tried to talk to her about the phone but she didn't seem to speak English and was actually really rude. Won't stay here again, which is unfortunate because it was a great little house.

Great location cottage

3bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Spokane central to just about anything. Washer dryer was nice! Hardwood floors, small kitchen, huge flat screen TV, even a good backyard with privacy fencing but because of the time of year we stayed we didn’t use much. Hot tub made relaxing easy!!

Great Stay!

My sister, both our husbands and our mom stayed here with our doggos and had a wonderful time! Super clean & comfortable! Backyard is adorable and hot tub was great!

Clean, bare essentials home

This clean home is in a quiet neighborhood. The listing says it sleeps 7, but in addition to full and queen beds, the futon would be uncomfortable with two and the other one is a crib. We just needed a place to sleep, so this met our basic need.

Perfect home for people and pets

Had a great stay at the Crown Cottage. We have 2 small Frenchies and the fenced back yard was a god send. It really made the trip possible and stress free. Location was ok, a bit of a drive to get to the Riverfront. We are mountain bikers and the proximity to the the area trails was pretty good. Couer d'alene is a 45 minute drive away to get to their trails. The property is nice and clean and the 2 air conditioners certainly helped with 40 Degree weather. Thanks for your hospitality

Things needed

Couldn’t find any kitchen towels. Needed black-stone equipment for example scrapper, metal spatula. Otherwise we were comfortable.

Could have been better

We were disappointed in the hot tub. Filled the water and flipped the breaker just like the owner said. However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener. The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night.

We had so much fun here between the hot tub and it being New Year’s Eve and getting to see fireworks from the hot tub outside.

Needs attention

The house wasn't in top condition. The little things, torn window screens, rusty paint cans in back yard, dirty sliding glass door to the big things such as water from refrigerator/freezer on the floor and covering the bottom of refrigerator, oven not heating to temperature, table settings not available for number of people. We had 6 in the house. There were only 4 plates and 4 table chairs so we all couldn't sit at the table. The house wasn't anything but ordinary in its decorations. Beds were comfortable. As stated there is only one bathroom but there is also only one mirror in the entire house which was in the bathroom so when all were trying to get ready for formal occasion it was a challenge to not have mirrors in the bedrooms. It was a challenging stay and I would not return.
