Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, condo 1631 is located on the 16th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 8th floor of the covered garage. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21, with a max of 10 guests. There is a $105 registration fee on-site for a resort packet that includes 2 parking passes and 10 RFID beach/pool access armbands for everyone in your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 in

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
