So much space!

This was such a great location, and the house had ample space for 9 adults. Communicative host, house was stocked with all the essentials. Would recommend to all!

Girls Getaway

We loved the house. Plenty of rooms for all our guest and didn’t have to be indoor of each other. Sufficient bathrooms for everyone’s use. Location was a bit far from downtown Seattle but doable. We loved the spacious and decor. Very clean and comfy.

Great Family Getaway

I recently stayed here with my family of 15, and it was amazing! The location was convenient for parks, hiking trails, wineries, shopping centers, and beaches. The house had cozy bedrooms, spotless bathrooms, a huge living room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a BBQ grill. The outdoor space was fantastic with a large backyard. Highly recommend it!

Vacation with my family.

We had a pleasant stay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which made for a very relaxing atmosphere. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The check-in process was smooth and right on schedule, so we had no issues or delays upon arrival. Large central, clean home

Property is perfect for large group of friends. We each had our own bedroom. Well stocked home in central location. Host is very quick to respond and helpful. House is a bit older but very clean.

Wonderful place with cute rustic decor and a baby crib!

Amazing place! I hosted my 30th birthday party and had a great time with use of the deck and the kitchen/living room. The bedrooms were also nice with comfy beds, and the electric piano in the living room was a bonus as I’m a pianist myself. If I ever visit Kirkland again, this will be the spot (if I have the right amount of people to make it work).

Kirkland get away

House is nice for large gatherings. Older than anticipated. Excellent location. A park with in walking distance. Communication with our host was amazing. Unfortunately we had an issue with ants. Host was responsive with calls and concerns.

Weekend Stay in Kirkland

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 6-bedroom home in Kirkland last weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious and serene environment. The two patio areas were perfect for outdoor dining, and the huge backyard was a delightful bonus. The house was immaculate, with all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute drive to restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. The host, Charlie, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you, Charlie, for a wonderful experience!

Fun getaway for our family reunion

Great place for a large group. Accommodating for all ages. Great yard and deck spaces. Comfortable beds. Kitchen fairly well stocked. The fridge is completely cleared (no condiments). Some people prefer this, some don’t, so I thought I would mention for food prep upon arrival. There is a spice drawer with a variety of spices available. Owners were responsive to any needs or questions we had. Location was close to grocery stores, a few delicious restaurants (we walked) and some nice parks and walking trails. Travel into downtown Seattle was convenient. I definitely recommend this place.

Sufficient but a little disappointing.

The house was appropriate for our size group (12) and everyone said that their beds were comfortable except for one. There was sufficient hot water for showers and there were plenty of bath towels.When we arrived at the appointed check-in time the house was not ready. This seemed curious to me since we had reserved and paid for this house almost a year prior. The housecleaners were still working, and the lawn was being mowed. We seemed to cause a stir in this noticeably quiet and quaint neighborhood because we were all outside with our vehicles talking and waiting for the house to be available. I hope we did not cause a problem for the homeowner. We were able to check in around 4:20pm. As we moved into the house it seemed very stuffy and as though it had been locked up for a while. After a brief tour of the house, its appearance was more worn, lived-in, and the décor was a little different than had been featured in the photos provided on the VRBO site. The sofas were covered with covers that didn’t quite fit, and the downstairs common area looked more like an office than a sitting room. The outside areas, which is what drew our group to this home, were initially disappointing. There were wet boxes on the patio left by previous guests, and the grill was pretty disgusting. The host helped us locate a grill brush and addressed the other concerns with the outdoor areas while we were away. The hot tub is an indoor jacuzzi bathtub. The house could use a little TLC.

Family Reunion

9 people stayed in home (each individual or couple had a bdrm). Home a hub for visiting w/other family members. Place was great in terms of location and communication with owner(s). Home/amenities a little older and space tighter than we appreciated from pictures. For example, the max number of individuals who could visit in the family room was maybe 8 comfortably; outside on the upper back patio, 6-9 people. The Kitchen w/dinning table and chairs was a bit tight for sitting and dining so we moved the kitchen dining chairs into the family room and outside upper balcony to create more seating so that the majority of the family could visit together at various points of the visit. The wknd function was a family reunion (50+ people) at a separate home nearby. This rental was the early morning and evening visiting place and lodging for some families. Bedrooms: 3 groups (mixture of individual and couples) stayed downstairs and 3 groups (mixture of individual and couples) stayed upstairs. The bathroom/shower amenities were ample for our party. The downstairs also had helpful amenities including an additional refrigerator/freezer unit, coffee/tea set-up w/table, located in a small family/community room (with large TV and sleeper sofa couch) that had access to backyard. Also, appreciated that the minimal sound transferred between the walls, and the bedding/pillows were VERY comfortable--so all family members slept well. Thank you to the owners.
