The rooms met our needs for 21 people. With large groups, I would suggest another full sized fridge. Dishwasher needs to be replaced, and the A/C units hanging on the ledges is dangerous. Location is great and parking met our needs. We had to clean up the backyard, so our kids could run around. I would say the house was clean and it worked for what we needed it to be.

The was definitely a great space, clean, lots of beds. Downsides: You cannot be outside being any kind of loud after 7pm or the neighbors WILL complain. I was out there at 8pm in the summer still daylight with a little speaker for max 30 minutes and we got a call. I paid for early check in and the number on the keypad was not changed until I was at the door. We had to find a few power boxes because outlets were not working. The host did respond quick and walked us through that but after having trouble getting in and then the power boxes and then the neighbors it could have definitely been better. Mind you this was where I stayed the weekend of my wedding so added stress, maybe I’m biased. Again space great and clean.

The positive: Location was easy to get to. Ample beds for everyone. The negative: The house rules required no shoes which we tried to respect but everyone had dirty feet after 10 minutes because the floors were sticky and dirty. The pictures are not representative of the home. The house reminded us of a rundown hostel rather than the luxurious home described. The indoor cinema consisted of an old projector on top of a dresser. The bathrooms were rather dirty and the bedroom doors locked every time they were closed so a code had to be entered to open. When we checked in there was a smoke alarm that was in need of batteries so we removed it and placed it outside so we could sleep. Power tripped while using a curling iron. Overall, overpriced and not as described.

For a VRBO at this price, we expected better. Back windows and doors were dirty, deck as too dirty for no shoes coming from house, deck furniture was dirty, BBQ grill was barely cleanable, the kitchen cookware was warped and Teflon coating was flaking, Living Room windows were filmed over so could not see out, TV's and remotes did not all function, pillows were all flat and had shams but no pillow cases.

Group of Friends for Gaming

Made a trip with friends to play in a Magic the Gathering convention this week. Had an absolutely fantastic stay. House was great, easy to acess for coming and goin, and had a bunch of parking which helped accommodate our group. We would certainly stay here again.

Excellent Quiet Home in Lovely Neighborhood

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend as a quiet staycation, and as a final getting together before I move internationally. The first night, the power went out - through no fault of the host, or any of us - and Alex was attentive and quick to message me and see if everything was okay, and if there was anything we needed until the power came back on. The home was in excellent condition, and looked exactly as described in the listing, and there were plenty of helpful pieces of signage in case we needed assistance. Overall, it was an excellent time, we all had fun, and Alex was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which was just what we needed. Anyone looking to stay here won’t regret it!

Great stay for our group

Everything was clean and we had a great time at this house. The location was convenient and the dining area was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even provided us with extra bedding because we had a larger group. The living room was spacious so we utilized that space and there was a lot of parking onsite.

Extremely Dirty!!!

I rented the house for our family Christmas celebration and was quite disappointed. The property was unclean, unsanitary, and poorly maintained. The kitchen cupboards and drawers were filthy, necessitating that I wash the dishes and utensils before use. Cobwebs were present throughout the house, and the bathrooms exhibited multiple areas of mold along with a broken toilet seat. I discovered hair on the sheets of two beds. The living and dining room rugs are in need of a thorough cleaning as well. The backyard fence was damaged, with a significant portion hanging precariously, posing a safety concern, particularly for my young grandchildren who play in the yard. Upon my arrival, the washer and dryer were occupied with laundry, causing me to empty them prior to use. Additionally, the garbage cans were two-thirds full, requiring me to dispose of my waste in a nearby receptacle. Although the host proposed sending a cleaning team, the suggested times were inconvenient, specifically at 9:00 PM and 7 AM on the morning of our departure. The house is situated in a pleasant location and offers ample space for family gatherings, along with comfortable beds; however, I cannot recommend it due to its lack of cleanliness.

Nice Neighborhood

The house was in a nice neighborhood and it was spacious for all 11 of us. I am a senior citizen so I had trouble with the many stairs that I had to climb. The furniture was old and covered with fabric. The master suite pillows and mattress need to be replaced. We had a good time.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Family Alaska Cruise

Property is very different in person than the pictures suggested. The movie room they call it is maybe 4ft by 8ft 2 people could set and watch a movie. 1ply toilet paper is unacceptable for a VRBO. House rented to 16 people and 1 roll of cheap paper towels supplied. 3 garbage cans and 2 of them full when we arrived. Cobb webs in every corner of every room in the house. I had an Amazon Prime order delivered to the house on the day of our arrival. The Amazon ticket says it was delivered at 11:30am with pictures $49.00. But of course it couldn’t be found. And at the time of delivery the owner said the cleaning crew was there cleaning because we were trying to get in early. This is a very expensive VRBO and should be better managed.

Work Retreat

My colleagues and I are returning guests here. It is a great place for us and we enjoy it (even though we are working). Alex is incredibly responsive, the house has everything we need, beds are very comfortable. We will be back.

Perfect Spot for Large Family Reunion

14 of our family travelled from across the US to meet in Kirkland for a wedding at a nearby winery. This home is well situated in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood near shopping, restaurants, and tourist locations. Access from Sea-Tac and to downtown Seattle proved much easier than expected. The large living room, dining room, and kitchen were conducive to relaxed family interaction, engaging conversation, and wonderful memories of our fun time together, thanks to Alex's versatile home and courteous hospitality.

Ideal home for large family gathering

I was looking for a home that would allow us to have a small family party and luckily we found Alex's home. The home is large, clean, and has all the appliances and amenities needed. Big & beautiful house, perfect location

Our group has an amazing stay. The house is super big with a spacious open-concept common area for our kids to run around. Our group of ~20 people sits comfortably at the 2 dining tables. The sofas are deep and comfortable. The kitchen and toilets have modern fixtures. The house has 7 bedrooms with 10 beds, enough for our big group. It also has a backyard with BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs. The crib, high chair, and stroller at the house make it very convenient for our baby. The location is perfect. Parks and shopping are within walking distance. We saw Costco, Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, and restaurants within 5 minutes of driving. We also enjoy the wineries and beaches nearby.
