As shown in the listing photos, the house does have stairs, and we ensure they are sturdy and equipped with handrails for added safety. The furniture, pillows, and mattresses are newer, and we use washable fabric covers on the sofas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene for all our guests. With our gratefulness for the review, we want to supply more info for unbiased truth: [1] The city provides only 3 outdoor big trash bins (each for recycling, compost, and landfill) their weekly collection. These bins have no impact to the guest stay, since over 10 empty cleaned trash bins are provided in every indoor space (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.) [2] The house has numerous toilet paper rolls, not just 1 roll as in the review. Each bathroom has at least 4 rolls (1 on the hanger, 3 on the toilet tank, and few under the sink). Upon requested, we will provide more. [3] Our toilet papers are high quality & more expensive than most 2-ply ones. They are sourced for guests' comfort & environmental friendliness. This guest is welcome to layer the paper per their desire. [4] The movie room is much bigger than 4x8 ft with 2 long sofas for many guests enjoying movies together as in the listing photos. [5] We have no control to the earlier guests' action to this guest's Amazon package. Should this guest inform us their delivery, we would suggest them the Amazon lockboxes locating just 3 minutes away. [6] We reminded this guest the check-in time multiple times. Our 3-people professional team are not Flash-superheroes, and need hours to thoroughly clean & disinfect the house. They did not open the door to this guest's uninformed early arrival per their company policies. [7] VRBO limits our response length, please feel free to reach out for more info.

Since your stay, we have made several improvements: ✅ Enhanced Cleaning Procedures – We have reinforced our cleaning protocols with our professional team to ensure every surface, cupboard, and linen is meticulously cleaned and inspected before each guest's arrival. ✅ Deep Cleaning & Maintenance – The entire house, including rugs, bathrooms, and kitchen, has undergone deep cleanings. We have also repainted the area where the faded paint was mistaken for mold. ✅ Garbage & Laundry Management – To prevent any inconvenience, we have adjusted our turnover process to ensure all laundry is removed before check-in, even during same-day turnovers. We have also increased garbage collection frequency for high-occupancy stays. ✅ Safety Improvements – The backyard fence has been checked to eliminate any safety concerns for children. We also want to clarify a few points. The reported cleanliness concerns were brought to our attention at late night the day before the check-out date, and while we offered to send a cleaning team immediately 9pm or the morning after or any time Deborah wanted, but Deborah declined . Additionally, our post-stay inspection found no broken toilet nor cobweb. That said, we appreciate all feedback as it helps us improve. We are proud that the vast majority/ all of our reviews—both before and after this stay—are 5-star experiences, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for all our guests.
