An unforgettable vacation in an unbeatable location

Welcome to Belmont 604, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo, right on the boardwalk, in the heart of Ocean City. You will love waking up to the view of sand and surf, just you, the seagulls, and the sunrise, and falling asleep to the enchanting lights of the ferris wheel. Inside you will find beautiful decor to relax in, flat screen TVs in every room, gas fire place in the living room, a gourmet kitchen if you feel like cooking, and a washer and dryer if needed. The back bedrooms have views of the bay, the inlet, and Assateague Island. The condo comes with 2 assigned spaces in the gated parking garage. Belmont Towers is a secure building with 2 elevators, a fitness room, a sauna, and an outdoor pool open before Memorial Day to after Labor Day.

Condo rents Saturday to Saturday during high season.

No smoking/vaping, and no pets please.

Must be 25 or older to rent, and must be one of the occupants.

Sheets and towels are not included, you can bring your own or purchase linen service.

We had the best time staying at Sunny's Nest again. We had stayed here before but there were some beautiful updates done that make it even better! The location is amazing. There are so many great restaurants around that make it so easy to pick up food and go upstairs to enjoy the condo. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is so wonderful and there is plenty of space for everyone. It feels so spacious. Everything you need is there to cook or get delivery. The building is so easy to park in and a access while still being so close to the beach and the boardwalk. Being on the 6th floor is amazing for the view and for noise - not too close to boardwalk traffic. We hope to come back very soon to visit Sunny's Nest again. It will always be my #1 choice when I come to Ocean City whether for a beach getaway with my kids or for a music festival with friends.

Outstanding oceanfront 3 BR, 3 bath Condo in sought after Belmont Towers overlooking the ocean and the historic Ocean City Boardwalk. The condo was clean, comfortable, with easy check in and great communication with the host. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, spacious, immaculate condo in an amazing location. Convenient to everything, with covered parking. Well-stocked and well-maintained. Owners are extremely responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family vacation!

Great Location and Space – Some Minor Drawbacks

We recently stayed at this vacation condo in Ocean City and had an overall enjoyable experience. The location is definitely the standout feature—just steps from the boardwalk, beach, and shopping, which made it incredibly convenient for our group. The view from the unit was fantastic, offering sights of the beach and nearby amusement park, which added to the coastal charm.The condo was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large family, and it was great to have a full kitchen with appliances and plenty of dishes available for use. It made meals easy and gave us flexibility during our stay.That said, there were a few things to note. Linens are not provided, so be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them from a local service. (We ended up using one, and they were thankfully very helpful even with the short notice.) The unit itself is a bit dated and could use some updates. One of the bathrooms had a shower curtain that wasn’t securely mounted and kept falling down, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, there were no rugs or bath mats, which made it harder to keep sand under control and dry off easily after showers.Despite these minor inconveniences, we’d still recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable spot very close to the ocean and all the boardwalk action. If you’re okay with bringing a few essentials and don’t mind a bit of wear and tear, it’s a solid place to stay in a prime location.

Sunnys Nest Did not disappoint!

The location on the boards was wonderful! So close to the inlet we could walk to the endless summer car events. The owners were very quick to respond to our emails. The condo included 2 garage parking spots which was very convenient. The spacious condo also offered 3 bedrooms; each had their own bathroom which was ideal for us 6 adults. While the condo was very nice and updated furnishings, it could use some maintenance like carpets scrubbed and walls scrubbed or painted, although I realize it is the end of the rental season. Overall, it is wonderful rental property, and we would definitely reserve this condo again!

Our Stay

Loved the location and being directly ocean front. Condo was spacious, though we thought needed a good cleaning. Bedroom with queen bed only had a pedestal sink with no place for your toiletries at all. Seemed odd not to have some kind of small cabinet or shelf to accommodate items. Raluca was excellent in response to questions we had. We would love to go back to the area if able in the future.

Wonderful week in OC!

We had a wonderful stay at the end of July! The location was perfect with easy access to the boardwalk and beach. We had quite a surprise when we looked out our balcony on Monday night and saw a beautiful firework display right in front of us! Raluca was wonderful to work with and responded quickly if we had any concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and it was great that there was hand soap, dish towels, paper towels, etc. to get us started for the week. The condo was clean and all appliances were newer and in great working condition. The only improvements I would suggest is updating the mattresses and cushions on the dining chairs. They are all starting to sink in the middle from use. Otherwise, everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

We were there with our 4 sons all in their early 20’s and it was a perfect location. We usually stay in North O.C. but I wanted to try something different. Once you shut the doors, you can’t hear the noise of the boardwalk which had been one of my concerns. Having a bathroom in each room was a definite plus. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. It was great not having to drive that much as everything was at our fingertips on the boardwalk. Raluca was very sweet and prompt with her responses. We plan to book again when the calendar opens up for next June.

Love Ocean City!

This wasn't our first stay in Ocean City but our first time using vrbo. Everything went smoothly! Raluca was our host and she notified me 5 days in advance with all the necessary "check in" information etc. We did not have any problems with anything although we didn't use many amenities in the room (stove, dishwasher, washer) as we were busy enjoying Ocean City for the few short days we were there. Looking forward to our next trip! Thanks Raluca for a great stay!

Great boardwalk location

A very spacious condo that was perfectly located on the boardwalk. It was a quick walk to restaurants, stores and all of the boardwalk fun.

Spacious Condo, Best location and Gorgeous Views

We had a great time at "Sunny's Nest". The view from the balcony is perfect and I enjoyed sitting outside with my book in the comfortable adirondack chairs. The inside is very spacious. There were only 3 of us so spread out in all the rooms, but this unit can fit more people comfortably. We had all we needed in the kitchen and the location of this building is the best. We have stayed in this building before and prefer to only rent places at this location. The boardwalk is right below and great restaurants all within walking distance. The unit was very clean and we brought our own linens to use which was very easy. We would definitely stay here again when travelling to Ocean city and book if it was available. Thanks for having us!
