Island Paradise!

The view from the deck is amazing! The space was charming and well stocked with everything we needed to have a laid back and relaxing stay on the island. We had a great time at this villa and would definitely book it again!

This place was perfect for us. The place was Simple but clean and nicely furnished , but an amazing view and perfect atmosphere . It was fantastic!

Great Villa

Villa was perfect for our getaway. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Deck, large sliding doors and windows were very nice. Closet was very spacious and included a washer and dryer. Kitchen was fully furnished for cooking. Outdoor shower was a favorite!

Research trip

Coral Bay is beautiful place and the house was a perfect reflection of the area- calm, pleasant and inviting. The house accommodated 3 guest, comfortably. Amentities were as described and truly appreciated. Nothing beats being away and feeling like you are at home Thank you Nathan and James for providing clarity throughout our communication exchanges. My team and I LOVED this place and hope to stay at your home for our trip next year.

Perfectly situated gem

This home is beautifully renovated with lovely art and tasteful furnishings. There is no kitsch here, which I so appreciated as it just elevated the entire stay. The window and deck views are spectacular and there is always a wonderful breeze. The location is away from the hubbub, in walking distance to Salt Pond Bay, yet a short enough drive to other attractions. The house was well-stocked with everything one would need. Charming front garden as well. The host left a great guide to the area and was spot on with the recommendations. Just perfect. Would definitely book again.

St John Christmas 2023

Our family, kids 6,7 and newborn stayed 12/23-12/30 and absolutely loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay and watching the sunrise from the deck each morning and stunning moon rising each night. This house was perfect for our family with the kids sleeping on the rollaway bed. James was easy to speak with and very responsive. The updates to this home were so cozy and the place was very clean with all of the amenities you could need. It's a new Airbnb so overtime if he collects a few kid/family games/toys that would be a pleasant touch! James left great instructions and recommendations for the area on what to see and where to eat. We loved everything about this stay and house! Will note there is not a yard to walk around in if kids are looking for more space but for our young kids they did fine and loved giving the coffee grounds to the hermit crabs each day. Many visited them! Thanks again for sharing your home!

Amazing views

Anywhere I travel to, I always research my stay for location and this place was perfect! I loved waking up each morning watching the sunrise from the master bedroom and sitting on the deck in the afternoon/evenings soaking in the views. It was an easy drive to access and I liked the fact it was away from all the hustle and bustle and in a quiet area. I thoroughly enjoyed living and feeling like a St Johnian for a week! I would def stay here again!

Spectacular sunrise view

This home was exactly what we were looking for. The view of the water from the master bedroom is incredible. We could watch the amazing sunrise each morning from the bed or on the deck. No need for A/C here! The ocean breeze kept us comfortable even during June. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water and electricity conservation is something to keep in mind when planning to visit anywhere on St John. This home was a short (5 min) drive to Salt Pond which had the best snorkeling and Ram’s Head Trail. We would definitely stay here again!!
