One Bedroom, 1.5 Bath (Jack & Jill) w/ Lanai Overlooking the Canal and steps away to the Beach!
Perfect location for your getaway island vacation. The southern end of Fort Myers Beach offers nature walks, shelling on the beach and good fishing on the Bay. Estero Yacht and Racquet Club sits on an extra wide canal that leads to the beautiful Estero Bay and is only minutes to the blue waters of the Gulf. Patio tables and BBQs are set out by the water for relaxing or dining.
Sit back and relax at this, newly remodeled, Fort Myers Beach Condo. Check off all of the "I WANTS" on your vacation bucket list. Walk to the beach, avoid the hassles of parking; sip coffee on the lanai and watch the boats cruise out to the Gulf while dolphins play in the canal. Unwind by the pool with a book or watch the sunset on Lover's Key then stroll back for dinner and drinks at Santini Plaza. You'll find everything you need for your perfect vacation right here!

This one-bedroom condo (Building3) is located at the South end of the Island and was completely remodeled. There is a full walk-in shower with a BONUS powder room (additional vanity and sink) connected to the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to make your meals at home after a busy day on the beach, and you'll love the screened-in lanai for relaxing over morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. (The lanai also offers sliding glass doors to separate you from the elements if you have hot or rainy days--making for lots of entertainment space no matter what the weather!) The complex is just 2 miles from the Publix grocery store, and there is a CVS Pharmacy just 900 Steps away and soon to be reopening Santini Plaza with its shops, restaurants, and farmers market is just steps away. The unit is on the second floor--steps required, no elevator. Though a one-bedroom unit,
There is a beautiful, heated pool overlooking the canal, and a laundry room for your use as well.

We are located at the beautiful, relaxing south end of FMB near Santini Plaza with lots of fun shops and good restaurants. The Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful beaches are less than 900 steps away.
