This all newly updated 1-bedroom/studio condo in Fort Myers Beach is perfect for your beach vacation or snowbird visit to sunny Florida. Located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club on the South end of FORT MYERS BEACH, you are just a few steps to the HEATED POOL and a few more steps to the private sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This well-maintained complex also includes new tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor grills, and sits on seven miles of beautiful beaches.

The condo has been completely updated throughout with new appliances, kitchen cabinets, floors, walk-in shower, and more. Great views of the pool and the Gulf are right out the front window and balcony. Access is easy with a quick walk down one flight of stairs or use the elevator to take your gear right out to the beach. The condo is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys and more.

The cozy bedroom features a comfortable KING bed with new memory foam mattress, and the living room offers an additional Queen size sofa bed which also has a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bedroom is open to the rest of the unit which allows for viewing of the 65 inch TV that has cable and can also stream your favorite streaming channels.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, glassware, utensils and small appliances including microwave, blender, toaster, and both Keurig and regular coffee makers. The cabinets and all major appliances are new and the unit is equipped with a dishwasher.

Other amenities include AC, ceiling fans, free WiFi, and 65 inch TV. There is on-site laundry on the bottom floor of the building that takes both coins or payment through an app. Tennis and pickleball courts are new and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Plenty of free parking is available. To ensure an easy beginning to your stay we have included a starter set of essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.).

The location is great with a CVS, 7-Eleven, and a marina with boat rentals all with-in walking distance. An inexpensive Trolley runs back and forth to the North end of the Island where there are many restaurants, bars, and shops. Also accessible via the Trolley, the Publix grocery store is two miles away. Santini Plaza is across the street from the complex. It is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. Some shops are currently open and others will be opening soon including restaurants and other businesses.
