The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances and warm butcher block countertops. The whole gang can dine together at the adjacent table, or step back outside and dine semi-alfresco on the condo’s second enclosed balcony.

When it’s time to explore, slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs. You've got direct beach access, or choose to work on your tan at the shared pool. After a day of soaking in the vitamin D, coming home will be a pleasure as you relax on the large living room sectional or step back out to the sunroom. If you’re not heading out for the evening, at home entertainment options include a TV with free cable, a Blu-Ray player, and complimentary WiFi, perfect for uploading the day’s pics to your social media accounts. No matter how you spend the night, you’ll drift off to sleep dreaming of one perfect vacation day behind you, and another to come tomorrow.

Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
